LAVANDA - Villa for 4 + 2 people, 100 m2, two floors.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room with sofa bed and TV, and a toilet. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has a TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom. It is possible to put a cot (on request).

Nice place to be
We had a wonderful time at Villa Lavanda. Enjoyed the pool, visited nice beaches and small villages and made barbecue Also everything you need is in walking distance. A small shop, two restaurants (food in Kobana is fantastic and great Pizza in the restaurant direct beside the shop), behind the shop you can find a sports place for soccer and basketball. We had a short football match with the youth of the village one evening, very funny.

Schönes ruhiges Haus
Wir haben den Pool und die Größe des Hauses sehr genossen. Vor allem der Esstisch am Pool war ein Highlight. Während die Kinder im Pool waren konnte man in Ruhe fertig frühstücken ;)

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen kleinen Kommune. Die freundliche Vermieterin war zu jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist hier sehr zu empfehlen. Für die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs befindet sich im Ort ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt ein kleines Restaurant und im nächsten Ort auch mehrere Gaststätten zur Auswahl. Die Badestellen sind nur über Schotterstraßen zu erreichen. Für normale Fahrradfahrer ist die Gegend nicht geeignet. Die Straßen sind sehr eng und die Autos relativ schnell. Die als Radweg ausgewiesenen Strecken erwiesen sich als Geröll- und Schotterwege und waren von uns nicht befahrbar.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben
Der Pool und die Aussenküche sind unser Hauptaufenthaltsort gewesen. Wir waren jeden Tag mehrfach am Hausstrand mit Beachbar nur 7 Minuten weg. Für andere Stranderlebnisse sind wir 20 min gefahren. Der Konzum hat uns alles geboten was wir brauchtrn. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr schön, total perfekt für 2 Erwachsenen und 2 kinder. Der Pool wurde jeden tag benutzt,da es zu warm war. Die Betten brauchen neue Matratzen aber an sonsten war alles perfekt. Ein kleiner Laden ist im Ort und da bekommt man alles was man braucht, Pula ist 25 Minuten mit den Auto entfernt. Strände sind alle steinig, also unbedingt badeschuhe mitbringen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in den ruhigen Ort Rakalj verbracht. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz/Stauraum und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und herzlich. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Zum nächsten Strand mit kleiner Strandbar ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Die Gegend ist geprägt von Landwirtschaft und sanften Tourismus. Die Touristenzentren wie Pula, Labin/Rabac oder Kap Kamanjak sind in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub in ruhiger Lage.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert (Sie wohnt zwei Häuser weiter). Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für die Betten, da die Federkernmatratzen bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche gemacht haben. Auch die Videoüberwachung im Poolbereich fanden wir etwas fragwürdig. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Zum Strand fährt man am besten mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad. Den Strand selbst erreicht man über einen langen, schmalen, steinigen Weg (relativ anstrengend). Alles im allen können wir das Haus definitiv empfehlen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Kleiner Tipp: Unbedingt Mückenspray mitbringen oder dort kaufen. Mücken gibt es dort nämlich mehr als genug.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus was keine Wünsche für den Urlaub offen läßt. Der Pool war ein Highlight für unseren Sohn, welchen er täglich ausgiebig nutzte! Bei Fragen rund um Essen gehen oder Sehenswürdigkeiten hat Frau Šegota schnell via Mail geantwortet. Wir sind fasst jeden Tag mit dem PKW zum schwimmen und schnorcheln in die Buchten der näheren Umgebung gefahren, welche innerhalb von ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen waren. Für kleinere Einkäufe sind wir in das Lädchen im Dorf gegangen (ca 5 Minuten). Für größere Einkäufe muss man ca 25 Minuten nach Pula fahren. Der Urlaub war für uns perfekt, wir würden das Ferienhaus wieder nehmen!

Relaxing days in Rakalj
Monika was very helpful, quick answers for all questions (restaurant, beach,..), we even had the chance to visit her winery. The house and kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed the garden , the pool and the quiet surroundings.

Nice private house to enjoy the holiday
Nice, clean and well equipped house with a nice pool and small garden. Perfect contact, quick answers for all questions. Some beaches are in the next surrounding (5min. with the car). Supermarket is 30mins away (that‘s the only bad point), but a small shop is 5 min foot walk away (nothing for a big purchase)

Ferienhaus Rakalj
Ein schönes Haus, alles war genau wie beschrieben. Die Besitzer waren sehr hilfsbereit, immer, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten (Tickets besorgen, Verlängerungskabel etc.), unser Elektroauto durften wir am Haus laden. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und Monika ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub im schönen Istrien
Wunderschönes Haus, sehr ruhig, toller Pool und Garten etc. super nette Vermieterin, sehr hilfsbereit. Tolle Fußwege und Fahrradwege zum schönen blauen Meer. Der kleine Laden am Ort hatte alles was man braucht, zum Bäcker im Nachbarort sind wir geradelt. Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub wenn man es ruhig mag so wie wir. Gerne wieder.

Alles Top gerne wieder
Wir (2 Erw. und 2Kinder 9 u. 11) hatten in Rakalj einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist fast wie neu und hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Besonders praktisch ist die Außenküche mit Grill. Alles war tip-top gepflegt und sehr Sauber. Die Lage an der Istrischen Ostküste ist sehr ruhig, also Perfekt für Erholung. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es nur 3km allerdings auch ca.200 hm, also eher nicht zu Fuß und nur für geübte Bergradler. Im Ortsansässigen Supermarkt findet man alles was man für den Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Ruhig, sauber, modern
Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kindern (2, 6, 8 Jahre). Wir hatten 10 sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Lavanda. Als wir ankamen war alles sehr sauber und frisch, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und der sonstige Aussenbereich sind einladend. Die Vermieter wohnen 2 Häuser weiter und sind sehr nett. Gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Entspanntes Landleben
Das hübsche Ferienhaus steht in einer kleinen Ortschaft, weit abseits des Trubels. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und neu. Alles funktioniert bestens. Die kleinen Details wie z.B. schöne Vorhänge und Bilder machen das Haus sehr wohnlich. Es gibt überall gute Lichtquellen, sodass man auch am Abend ausgiebig lesen oder etwas spielen kann. Hübsche Spiegel im Badezimmer, ebenerdiger Einstieg in die Duschen. Die sehr nette Vermieterin (spricht Englisch) wohnt zwei Häuser weiter und ist hilfbereit, wenn man etwas benötigt. Im Ort, an der Hauptstraße befindet sich ein kleiner, gut sortierter Einkaufsladen mit freundlicher Bedienung. (auch zu Fuß erreichbar) Einige Ausflüge: Rabac, Medulin - spazieren an der Küste entlang; Naturschutzgebiet Kap Kamenjak - schwimmen, spazieren; Rovinj oder Porec - Stadtbummel Empfehlenswertes Lokal in Pomer "Konoba Istriana" Es war ein schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.
