In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 13 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
3-room house 100 m2 on 3 levels. Upper floor: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!
Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen: super gelegen, sehr ruhig und die Vermieter sind so so nett! Der Pool war natürlich der Burner! Wir sind fast 2 h zu spät gekommen und auf uns wurde gewartet- super lieb! Das Häusschen ist schnuckelig und liegt wunderbar, sodass man innerhalb weniger Minuten alles erreichen kann! Vielen vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Einfach nur schön
Wenn man wirklich einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub haben möchte ist man hier vollkommen richtig aufgehoben. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das hier sehr gut da hier die Kinder tun und machen können was Sie möchten. Toller Pool, riesen Garten und schöner Grill. Vermieter sind richtig nett auch wenn Sie nur Englisch und Kroatisch sprechen. Super WLAN, deutsches Fernsehen.

Vermieterin war super nett danke für alles nochmal. Soweit war alles super sehr sauber Pool sauber. Leider muss man für alles fahren ob Bäcker oder einkaufen oder Strand aber sonst alles sehr idyllisch und ruhig gut zum erholen.

Maison-piscine privée en croatie
La maison est idéalement située pour visiter les côtes de l'Istrie à ~14km à l'est comme à l'ouest. Le jardin est immense dans un village calme. La maison a besoin d'une petite rénovation extérieure, le mobilier intérieur et extérieur est ancien et il manque un peu de vaisselle et surtout d'un micro onde! La maison est partagée en 2, avec donc un second locataire dans l'autre partie qui était vraiment très discret. Mais la jouissance de la piscine était entièrement nôtre et elle était bien entretenue. Il manque un spot pour éclairer directement le barbecue puisqu'à 20h30 au mois d'août, il fait nuit!! Petit bémol: la maison est au 1er et 2ème étage et la piscine est derrière la maison sans accès direct. Inconvénient pour les repas sur les tables de la terrasse. Les propriétaires sont gentils et viennent 2 fois par semaine dans leur remise du RDC. La conversation était difficile du fait de la barrière de la langue, mais l'anglais, l'allemand et le langage des signes ont bien fonctionné... Le terrain est situé à côté d'une chèvrerie dont les odeurs nous parvenaient de temps en temps. C'est la campagne quoi! A noter: le village n'a aucun commerce de proximité

Küche komplett bis auf Salatbesteck.Im ganzen Haus alles da was man braucht.Ein ganz besonderes Lob an die Hausvermieter. Reisetipps: Die Ruinenstadt Dvigrad.

Das Haus ist einfach eingerich...
Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Besenrein. Es gibt 1 Badezimmer und 1 Wohnzimmer, die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön und wird von den Vermietern sehr gut gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Kroatien wird uns wieder sehen.Reisetipps: Faszana und Pula ist sehr schön

Wir waren schon das 4. mal dort und es ist immer wieder schön. Der Poolbereich ist einfach toll und sehr groß. Den Pool hat man für sich alleine. Reisetipps: Reisetipps? Wo soll ich anfangen, alles innerhalb von 30min. zu erreichen. Labin, Pula, Vodnjan, Fazana, Medulin.1Stunde Fahrzeit, Opatija, Lovran usw.
