The property offers five beautifully appointed rooms, including a guest cabin with a king bed and an en-suite; a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite, and three queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each room features luxury memory foam mattresses and a cozy reading nook. Guests can unwind and take in breathtaking panoramic views of the valley and Marble Falls on the expansive back deck of the house and outdoors, enjoy amenities like a fire pit, hammocks, an outdoor bathtub, a Big Green Egg grill, and a movie projector.

Balcones Canyonlands Preserve is one of the nation's largest nature preserves, covering about 50 square miles is just a few minutes away. For restaurants, shops, galleries and breweries and a lovely walkable downtown and park, Marble Falls is only 20 mins drive.

Excellent Weekend
This is a beautiful property and worked well for 4 couples. The outside spaces were so nice and the view is amazing! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.
