• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the front door, actively monitoring the front walkway. The second is located on the storage garage in the back of the property (guests do not have access), actively monitoring the storage garage.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog allowed. If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
• Detached carport is not available for guest use.
• In Hill Country where bugs and scorpions are not always avoidable - the property will have pest control routinely, but some things are unavoidable.
