This charming ground floor condo (unit 212) located in a waterfront complex (**see unit site information below) has all the comforts of home without the stress! Our kitchen is fully equipped and stocked allowing you to save by preparing your own meals. Enjoy that first hot cup of coffee in the leisure of the dining area or outside on the deck (we provide a few starter supplies for tea or coffee but bring your favorite flavors with you).
The unit accomodates a total of 6 (4 Adults only). Sleep 6 using the queen-size bed in the bedroom, a comfortable sectional sofa with chaise with a queen size sleeper bed and finally a luxury inflatable queen mattress (linens provided). The expandable dining table seats 4 to 6 easily. We stock the bathroom with resort quality towels and all standard amenities including a hair dryer. We even provide a couple of beach towels in case you forgot your own.
We have flat-screen internet ready televisions in the living room and bedroom. There is also free high-speed internet access (password provided). Coin operated washers and dryers are located conveniently in the Jamaica Building (600) on the property.
Renters have access to the unit’s own covered parking space right outside the unit. It is labeled "212". Additional uncovered parking is also available .
You have access to two private pools in the complex for condominium owners/guests only. You will love the fact that you can bring your own food and drinks into this pool area (no glass please). There are gas grills under covered patios at both the large and small pools for your use along with lots of picnic table seating. You may access the complete condominium complex amenities which include several areas with gas grills and covered patios, a playground, outdoor shuffleboard, open fire pit (wood provided), a sand volleyball court and much more.
There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk. You agree to hold harmless owner for any and all liability related to the use of pools/swimming area.
There is great fishing right off of the upper deck of the boat slip or from the day dock! You can drop a line any number of places so please ask us about favorite spots. You can rent boats and/or jet skis from the Lake LBJ Resort and Marina or we can provide information about a private cruise on Lake LBJ.

Granite Shoals’ police are quite visible keeping the community safe. Lots of space to take walks and enjoy the outdoors.
