Gorgeous 4900 square foot pool & spa home minutes from Lake Travis and winery

Incredible 4900 square foot home sitting on 8 acres with amazing Canyon views of over 80 acres! This home will comfortably sleep 20 in beds! Noise and parking will never be an issue. There are no neighbors on both sides of this home. We do ask that when on the back side of the property you respect quiet hours after 11 pm. We do have echoing through the canyons.

The back of this house show cases two decks over looking the pool/spa and canyon. A huge built in bbq area with grill, dishwasher, sink, & refrigerator on lower level next to pool area! The most amazing fire pit that will seat up to 40 people sits to the right of the pool.

The home is beautifully furnished and has enough space for large gatherings to never feel crowded. A custom 12 foot table will seat up to 18 for large sit down dinners. The lower level entertainment room has a poker table, foosball table, shuffle board table, 70 inch T.V. and a full secondary kitchen with a built in ice maker, full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven.

Two secondary baths were gutted and remodeled in January of 2021. The master bath was remodeled in 2022. The home has been upgraded with custom plantation shutters.

A 25’ x 45’ custom built Trex deck was added in the summer of 2020. A wonderful place to play yard games on or to host small events (weddings, retreats, and day events).

The five bedroom sleeping configuration is as follows:

First floor:

Master with king bed and one twin day bed

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and one twin day bed

Bedroom 3: King bed

Downstairs:

Bedroom 4: Two Queen beds

Bedroom 5: Two sets of queen over queen bunk sets with brand new mattresses and bedding; December of 2023. The bunkbeds will comfortably sleep both adults and children.

You are less than 5 minutes away from Gloster Park where you can launch your boat onto Lake Travis for a small fee. There is plenty of room to bring your boat and store on property as well as a camper or RV.

We are within 30 minutes of several marinas for boat rentals and a day of fun on Lake Travis.

You are NEXT door neighbors to Flat Creek Winery, a full restaurant and winery. Flat Creek Winery also has a 18 hole disc golf course.

You are 25 minutes from Marble Falls with two more beautiful wineries and gorgeous Lake LBJ.

You are 7 miles from Villa Antonia Wedding Venue. This would be the perfect house to entertain and host out of town family guests, along with the bride and groom.

You are one hour from the Austin airport, Bergstrom International and downtown. 25 minutes from Marble Falls and Lake LBJ, 10 minutes from Lago Vista, & 25 minutes from Cedar Park & super close to all retail, restaurants, and entertainment.

The best of both worlds, privacy in a beautiful natural setting with proximity to all modern luxuries wanted! HEB, our local grocery store as well as Costco delivers to this address.

This home is perfect for events, day & week end retreats, family reunions, family vacations, bachelor & bachelorette parties, wedding families, and just about any other event, including weddings up to 60. There will be an event fee above the nightly rental rate if the use of the house is more than 20 and is being used as a larger event.

Amazing Stay!
We had an amazing stay at this house over Memorial Day weekend. Everything about this house is perfect! The house was very clean, beds were incredibly comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The game room and the pool were a hit, especially with the kids. The views from the decks are absolutely stunning. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of towels and nice soaps and shampoos. This house truly has everything you could need for a fantastic getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

This property was amazing! We stayed here for Christmas. Very kid friendly. Very spacious. Super clean and detailed. The view was incredible. If you looking to get a way this is the place to go. Mrs.Ann was very helpful and communicative will definitely book this property again in the future.

Great getaway!
We rented this place for our friend's bachelor party and was amazed at all the amenities! If only the weather was nicer, we could have enjoyed the pool! The only flaw was that the pool/spa lights did not work.

Eclipse viewing with old college friends
Fantastic venue for a gathering of 13 of our old Baylor friends to view a total solar eclipse. Ann was extremely helpful when we reserved the house 3 years in advance and she detailed all instructions and how to access the many amenities. The property exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed for a memorable reunion was provided. This beautiful home overlooks a unique rural view of the Texas Hill Country. With pool, hot tub, fire pit, balconies, kitchens, and game room it is the ideal place for a gathering of friends or families. It’s an outstanding property for a magical experience that is priceless!

Amazing Property
I chose this property for my birthday trip this past year and absolutely loved everything about it! I reached out to the owner before booking to ensure the perfect fit, and the owner was extremely helpful and communicative. Ann, the owner, was kind, patient with my questions and just overall a joy to work with. The rules of this house were simple, with no surprise contracts that most places make you sign nowadays. The house was clean and had everything you would need to enjoy what the house had to offer! I am definitely looking forward to vacationing at this property again!

Wedding / Family Reunion- Perfect Place
The property was prettier in person, the views are amazing, tons of outdoor living space and a wonderful pool and hot tub. Close enough to town for dining and shopping, the beds were extremely comfortable and we had tons of space to sleep our family of 17 and host a small intimate wedding outdoors by the pool. Local Caterer was amazing Bitter Sweet catering, chair rental outback rentals and florist whimsical floral were all local and delivered. My family would like to stay here again next year. Anne is friendly and very helpful and easy to work with.

Fantastic experience!
We celebrated my mother's 90th birthday so we had a range of family members. Each and every one of us had everything we needed for a great celebration -- games for the kids, great family gathering areas, hot tub that all enjoyed in frigid February weather, well-stocked kitchen and all the things your home could need. All the beds were very comfortable and the floor plan was just perfect. We will definitely rent this property again because it filled all of our needs and the owner was a dream to work with. I'd be happy recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect home for our 50th anniversary celebration!
I just can’t rave enough about this gorgeous home in the Texas hill country. The home was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and both the pool and game room provided lots of fun for all of us. The house provided space to be together as well as having room when we needed quiet time to relax. The furniture in the living room was extremely comfortable and we loved gathering there to visit each morning and evening. Because of this wonderful place, our 50th anniversary exceeded our wildest dreams. Thank you Ann for providing us with memories that will last the rest of our lives! Perfect Stay with Friends
It was a beautiful home and had plenty of space for a big group. We were a group of five families. The pool and hot tub overlooking nature were the best part of this stay. It was nice having the big JBL and Sonos portable speakers so we can have them playing outdoors. We also enjoyed the game room downstairs. There was a shuffleboard table, a poker/cards table and foosball. The house had pretty much everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals since we had a huge group. We got lucky next door at Flat Creek Winery. They were able to accommodate our whole party for dinner. Definitely would recommend coming here if you just want to relax with family and friends under one roof.

Exactly as advertised!!
We had an amazing time staying at this property. Ann was wonderful to work with and very responsive (even when she was out of the country). The house was gorgeous, and everything was very clean and orderly. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we had all the trash bags, paper towels, etc. one could need. The pool and hot tub were great. We paid to have the pool heated (in February with colder temps outside), and the pool temp may have left a bit to be desired. It made the water warm enough to get in, but not warm enough to stay in for a long time. The hot tub worked incredibly well and heated up quickly. The location was great. Having the winery next door was fun and convenient, and a small town with restaurants and groceries 15 minutes away made everything easy. I'd recommend this property to anyone. It's what a VRBO property should strive to be. Thanks for a great experience Ann!

Gorgeous Property with Welcoming Host
This place was perfect for spending the weekend with my out-of-town family. We also hosted a college graduation celebration for our daughter on one of the days that we stayed. The host, Ann, was very accommodating and inviting. I'm actually not sure if I'm impressed more by her or the home! There was so much space for us to spread out, upstairs and down. And the outdoor space had to have been our favorite of all the spaces. The kitchens and bathrooms were very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The pool and spa were clean and the controls were easy to use. Ann left thorough instructions for everything we could have thought to ask, and when I did need to reach out with a question, she responded immediately! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Everyone who stayed and visited commented on how amazing it was. Thank you for sharing this piece of magic with my family and me, and helping us create memories that will last a lifetime 😊

Beautiful home with infinity pool, hot tub, fire pit. You can put the vinyl deck chairs onto the 6” deep pool shelf with bubblers to cool your feet while under the pool umbrellas. Magnificent view over the trees. We saw deer feeding near the distant pond in the morning. We enjoyed hiking and birdwatching at Balcones Canyonlands NWR, 10 minutes away. The owner, Ann Harrison, provided quick, cheerful communication with our group of 8 before and during the rental. The home was well-stocked with paper products, nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and suntan lotion in the 3 1/2 bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Very nice sheets, pillows and comforters. There were Keurig coffee pods and spices available. 2 sets of dishes can serve over 40 people. New Crockpot, drip coffee maker, blender, baking dishes, nice knives, glassware, even coolers were available for our use. All the appliances seemed newer and worked well. Many delightful touches: laundry room with laundry pods and dryer sheets. Glow in the dark faucet in the laundry room! 3 kitchens: upstairs, downstairs and outside patio. Poker table, foosball table, shuffleboard table. Ceiling fans in every room. The best part was that with the 5 bedrooms and enormous indoor and outdoor spaces, we had plenty of room for introverts and extroverts to enjoy themselves. Thank you so much, Ann. I would rent your house again in a second! You provide an incredible value for the price.

We really enjoyed the property. Cleanly, comfortable and a lot of ‘extras’ provided - just simple stuff like adequate towels, extra coffee, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. the best part was the rear patio and lower patio. Our stay happened to be when the super moon happened and so sunrises and sunsets were amazing!
