Villa Anna - stunning villa with heated pool in the heart of Nueva Andalucía

Villa Anna is a beautiful, modern, Scandinavian style villa in the heart of Nueva Andalucia's Golf Valley. You can walk to all of the nearby bars, cafés and restaurants of the popular Aloha Gardens area in just a few minutes. Popular golc course like Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Aloha are all close by, as well as several tennis and padel clubs such as Manolo Santana, Brothers Tennis and Aloha Tennis Club.

This wonderful home is beautifully decorated, with all the modern conveniences you would need during your holiday. A fully equipped kitchen, high speed wifi internet, IPTV in several languages and with all series, movies and sports channels available.

Enjoy the outdoor areas, complete with gas BBQ and dining areas for entertaining al fresco.

We have a beautiful mature garden and large swimming pool that can be heated in cooler months for a small additional fee.

The villa is very spacious with 5 bedrooms (one room could be described as a childrens room with bunk beds) and can sleep up to 10 people very comfortably. The master bedroom leads out to a large balcony where we have a 6 seat hot tub to enjoy.

On the lower floor we have a very nice sitting and TV area, as well as a games room with full size ping pong table and foosball table.

This is a wonderful family holiday villa, we are sure you will love your time in Villa Anna.

Gorgeous stay in a stunning property
