White Pearl Beach 1 is 100m from the beach being an enclosed oval gated development in a peaceful location. It is a few minutes walk from the Don Carlos hotel, Romano gym, Nikki Beach Club, shops banks and restaurants. It is 5 minutes drive to the Santa Maria golf club and there are tennis and water sports within easy walking distance. The beach is a long safe bathing beach with golden sand, unspoilt by development with restaurants and sunbeds at both ends. The gardens are outstanding with mature palms and trees providing shade and the three pools with sun loungers and parasols and are great for relaxing. The adult pool is heated in the cooler months.
The apartment has marble floors throughout and is air-conditioned. It is fully equipped with fibre optic WiFi and internet TV with 150 channels in multi languages .

The complex is gated with 24 hour security and CCTV and there is reserved underground parking.
The penthouse K7 has a huge 55sq m rooftop terrace with all day sun and with sunbeds and also a 20 sq m patio overlooking the gardens

Lovely apartment
A spacious and airy apartment, with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Plenty of storage space too. The complex is very attractive with a lovely large main pool and plenty of sunbeds, offering both sun and shade. Beautiful grounds with well established trees and shrubs and the sound of tinkling water from the fountains and stream. Very peaceful and relaxing with plenty of space. And only a minute's walk to the beach. Perfect location! We had a lovely time and look forward to revisiting in the future.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the bed. It’s a good size apartment in a great complex. The apartment is a little tired and could do with modernising. The third bedroom is off the lounge and has no air conditioning.

We had a lovely time and made great use of the pool. The position within Elviria was one of the main reasons for choosing this property, close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops, as we decided not to hire cars this trip, and if we wanted to go further afield, then we used local cabs and Uber. But on the whole we stayed quite local, we had all we needed. The view from the roof terrace in the evening was lovely as the lights went on around the area. We would book this apartment again.

Super apartment Very bright.The main problem we found is the third bedroom is a converted sun room & there is no privacy from the lounge. Also there is no privacy for changing. A window in the third bedroom can not be locked and is not suitable for children.Other than that the appartment is great but better as a 2 bedroom apartment.

Great location, beautiful penthouse apartment and lovely owner
We have stayed in and around this region for a number of years but this is the best property so far. It is well located, very well proportioned and had everything we needed for a perfect family holiday. Diana (owner) was extremely efficient and helpful. I am sure that we will try and return. My personal favourite was the rooftop terrace but my wife absolutely loved the terrace from the living room. The pool and garden areas are idyllic. The property is well situated in Elviria which s an upmarket part of this region. There is a huge choice of restaurants within walking distance and by short taxi ride. Thank you. P and P Grand

Great position for sun gain with plenty of room for six persons.
The property was on the top floor reached by a glass lift or two flights of stairs. The main balcony faced east for morning sunshine overlookung the fantastic gardens and pools. The penthouse roof terrace was sparse but good position for views and afternoon sun. Plenty of sparce for 6 persons. The apartment block is probably an 80s build but well maintained, the apartment feels 80s and could do with a face lift...new patio furniture etc. It is 3 star rsther than 5 star which it could be. Other apartments below have had a facelift and look 5 star. This apartment has the best position in the block.

This was the first time we'd stayed at White Pearl, can honestly say everything was fantastic. the apartment was clean and easily big enough for our group of 6 plus 18 month old. location is spot on, a 15 minute stroll to the shops, restaurants, etc... and 5 minutes to the nearest beach. communication from Diana and Patrick was first class which helped immensely. wouldn't hesitate in returning, many thanks.

Vi har haft en underbar vecka i ett fantastiskt boende. Makalösa uteplatser med vacker utsikt. Poolområdet och trädgården var superfin. Vi njöt av närheten till havet varje dag, höga vågor till barnens förtjusning. Köket skulle behöva en uppfräschning men i övrigt ett toppenboende. Vi kommer gärna hit igen :-)

Best vacation ever
Love the appartment and surroundings. Lots of space and perfect location. We were travveling with 4 kids, age 9-16, and everybody loved the place. 3 bathrooms was perfect for us. Nice poolarea with lifeguard, clean toilets and a beautiful garden. Close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Marbella just a 30 minute taxidrive away. Had fun at the saturday marked there. The hosts were easy to reach, and the security was very good. We miss the place already, and we'll be back, if they'll have us! Thanks for a lovely stay :) Roger, Kristine and the kids

Very Nice appartment near supermarked, Beach and restaurants. Fantastic view to the sea from the roof terrasse. Nice kitchen with all you need. I Can surely recommend this place.
