Not great
The location of the apartment was good and it was clean, but the area around of the apartment was under construction and there was a lot of noise quite early in the morning. The water heater stopped working during the week-end. One of the lamps in the bedroom fell down when we tried to turn it on. It was quite dark inside the apartment, just few lamps were working. Due to the construction work, to get to the apartment at the 3. floor we had to go to the parking space in the celler first and then walk about 100 m in order to get to the lift to the 3. floor. I would not choose the apartment again.
