Notre séjour entre amis dans ce studio s’est bien passé. La procédure d’arrivé était superbe rien a dire là dessus . En ce qui concerne la communication avec l’hôte et le gardien elle est genial nous avons signaler un problème et celui ci était réglé 10min plus tard.

Prima verblijf in centrum
Fernando en Luz zijn prima gastgever en -vrouw en staan meteen klaar voor hun gasten. Ze denken op elk gebied met hun gasten me. Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum van Marbella, dichtbij winkels, restaurants en bars, winkels en op korte loopafstand van het strand en openbaar vervoer. Goed verzorgde tuin en zwembaden. Het appartement/de studio is niet groot, een beetje sober ingericht, maar op deze locatie gebruik je het appartement alleen maar om te slapen. De ligging is perfect en zeer rustig. Onze dank gaat uit naar Fernando en Luz.

The center of Marbella. Everything was very close. In the apartment I found everything ready for the holidays. Great pool and very helpful people. I really enjoyed this place.

Close to main Blvd and ocean.
One block from main Blvd and 2 short blocks to ocean boardwalk. Surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Concierge/security helpful and personable. We did laundry and hung them on the lines in the kitchen. Great deal for our 9 days stay. Convenient to bus stops. 1.13 euros to Puerto Banus was so convenient. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels. Heating and water pressure was good. There is still construction being done on the Bldg. Hope it is completed soon. Would stay here again for the price and convenience.

We zijn erg tevreden over de studio. Het is niet groot, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Gewelde locatie dicht bij de start/finish van de vierdaagse die wij in Marbella liepen.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, geeignet für lange Reise
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand oder Altstadt. Es war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden: Haartrockner, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Liege für den Strand uzw.. Man braucht kaum was. Für 2 Personen mit relativ viel Gepäck war sehr passend. Schwimmbad vor der Tür. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich. Beim Einchecken war Frau Luz sehr freundlich und hat uns alles genau erklärt. Ein Minuspunkt, da die Handtücher nicht sauber waren, das man die waschen vor Gebrauch musste. Sonst alles hat gut geklappt. Ich würde gern die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

It’s all about location .. place is literally 5 min walk from the beach and everything is so close .,, Flat is on ground floor and window facing inside of the resort where is local pool for residents so no noises from the street .. place got everything what you need for short or long term stay .... and if you have any issue Luz - she’s looking after place can help you with anything ... she just doesn’t speak English .... I had small issue and she was in my place within half hour .... so if you looking for save and quiet place middle of everything this is place to stay ....

Hyvää sijainti, kivat altaat. Huono lämmitys ja veden lämmitys on tosi hidasta, sähkölaitteet haastava käyttää kun sähkö ei kestä jos monta laitetta on päällä. Sisällä oli niin kylmä että vaatteet eivät kuivuneet mutta kun laitettiin vaatteet ulos, naapurit valittivat että ei noin saa tehdä

Apartment in guter Ferienanlage, nah am Strand
Die Anlage ist sicher und sauber. Das Apartment ist nur wenige Schritte vom Pool entfernt und gut ausgestattet (z.B. Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, WLAN, Fernseher). Alle Geschäfte sind sehr nah.

Veel te klein!
Qua ligging en properheid was het heel goed. Maar het huisje is wel echt niet geschikt voor meer dan twee personen. Alles was in 1 kamer te doen: het keukentje, de tafel, het tweepersoonsbed en de uitklapbare zetel. Er was amper plaats voor onze valiezen.
