Nice, small house close to the beach

Nice stay in a well-equipped house. Unfortunately, the second big bedroom is just a converted balcony (therefore poorly insulated -> very hot in summer). But overall a recommended place to stay!

It is a great place for 6 people. The sleeping couch is not comfortable. Maybe it was broken. The facility manager has promised to check before the next people move in. Else everything was good the Kitchen provides all necessary even wine cool box. We will come back for sure

Sejour parfait

La résidence est très agréable, sécurisée et calme La maison est idéalement située, à côté de l accès direct à la plage mais aussi proche d une des piscines de la résidence sans les inconvénients ( la piscine derrière la maison donc pas de bruit) Tout est très propre et fonctionne parfaitement, la cuisine est super équipée de matériel récent avec suffisamment de vaisselle et d ustensiles, la terrasse vue mer est géniale Nous avons reçus par Paula qui gère les entrées et sorties: communication super agréable et plus que sympathique Pour les courageux, le centre de Marbella étant à 5km par les pontons de bois, il peut etre rejoint à pied ou en velo: promenade agréable sans monotonie.. en taxi c est 10€ .. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l année prochaine👍 Encore merci à Paula😉

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Meer

Wir haben im September 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus direkt am Strand verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber, es ist ausschreichend Geschirr vorhanden, Tiefgaragenstellplatz steht zur Verfügung und auch Strandstühle bzw. Sonnenschirme existieren. Handtücher und Strandtücher standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück und manchmal auch das Abendessen haben wir auf der schönen Terasse genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz. Paula war sehr hilfsbereit, stets erreichbar per WhatsApp.

Excellent sejour en famille

Belle maison en front de mer, bien equipee et deco soignee. Nous etions 8 et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis a l etroit. Acceuil et contact facile et chaleureux.Idealement située , proche des golf et 5mn plage a pied.A refaire !

Wunderbare Lage mit tollstem Meerblick

Die Anlage liegt direkt am Strand und hat ein sehr gutes Restaurant in der Nähe. Der Pool liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe des Hauses und bietet ein ruhiges Plätzchen zum Entspannen. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht, vom Handtuch bis zum Kochtopf und allem Drumherum. Zur Altstadt von Marbella sind es nur 5 Minuten, in die Berge 10 Min, Málaga und der Flughafen sind 35 Minuten entfernt.

Ein Traum im Herbst

Zum zweiten Mal mit der Familie dort gewesen und erneut ein Traum. Toller Blick, alles da, vorne der Pool und hinten das Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Direkt am Strand

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann zu Hause auf der Terrasse direkt hinter der Düne sehr schöne Stunden verbringen oder halt am Strand oder am Pool. Alles ist schön sauber und gut ausgestattet (Küche, Waschmaschine, TV, WLAN, easy Parken). Wir wurden sehr freundlich schon mehrere Stunden vorm Check-In empfangen. Zu viert hatten wir sehr viel Platz und eine wunderschöne Woche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful stay

My family and I stayed here when my mother was hospitalised nearby at Hospital Costa del Sol. The house was a perfect escape during a very stressful time. The views of the sea, beautiful garden and immaculate home provided much needed comfort and tranquility. I would highly recommend!

Lovely family home by the sea

Paula is a lovely host, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The house is situated right on the beach and has plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The proximity to the restaurant and the parking is brilliant and highly convenient. Travelling with young children, Paula was very helpful in finding us a highchair to use. We felt the property would benefit from a stairgate at the top of the stairs and some plastic cups and plates for little ones. The enclosed garden was a huge benefit with young children. The first time we swept, we were a little surprised by the amount of animal hair we found (given we were not travelling with an animal!) and the hoover had little noticeable suction. The garden layout is slightly different to the photos - now having a mud border all the way around. You do need a car at this location, but supermarkets, restaurants etc are only 10 minutes away. Marbella or Fuengirola are easily accessible and have loads of activities and amenities available. The beach is blue flag and is very popular with kite surfers.

Schönes Haus am Strand

Die Lage des Hauses ist kaum zu schlagen. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind nett eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist wunderbar. In den Betten lässt es sich sehr gut schlafen. Die Urbanisation ist gut geführt und sehr gepflegt. Paula, die für uns zuständig war, ist einfach große Klasse. Vielen Dank nochmals für ihren tollen Einsatz.

Fántastica casa con vistas al mar.

Hemos pasado unos días en familia en un entorno ideal, una casa preciosa y super cómoda con salida a la playa. Además de contar con todo lo necesario, encontramos todo limpio. Nos llevamos una grata sorpresa ya que la casa es aun mejor de lo que muestran las fotos. Seguro que volveremos.

Una vivienda inmejorable para disfrutar de la playa

Sólo le puedo poner una pega a esa vivienda ; esa zona de Marbella es un poco incómoda ya que hay que coger la A-7 para cualquier desplazamiento. Por lo demás, es perfecta; cómoda, limpia, vistas ideales desde el jardín y los dormitorios, muy bien equipada y a 10 metros de la playa y de su chiringuito. La atención de Paula de 10. Para repetir.

Perfekter Herbsturlaub

Perfekter Herbsturlaub als Familie mit drei Kindern. Das Haus ist perfekt geschnitten, es ist Alles da und die Lage ist in Traum: Durch den Garten zum Strand, durch die Tür direkt zum Pool. Wir waren im Herbst fast alleine in der Anlage, daher war es absolut still - bei auf das Rauschen des Meeres. Wir kommen wieder!

Tolle Lage, super Meerblick

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage Anfang Oktober in Anas Haus verbracht. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und das Haus war perfekt für uns. Die beiden Schlafzimmer zum Meer haben einen fantastischen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Zwei gute Badezimmer, wobei das im Untergeschoss sehr neu war und deutlich schöner als das im Obergeschoss. Küche komplett ausgestattet, sogar Saftpresse und Espressomaschine (Nespresso Kapseln). Reichlich Geschirr und Besteck. Die Terrasse ist super, schöner Esstisch mit Blick in die Dünen und eine gemütliche Loungeecke mit etwas Meerblick. Kleiner Garten mit Liegen, auch gut von den Nachbarn abgeschirmt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist einfach genial. Morgens vor dem Frühstück kurz ins Meer zum Baden. Was vergessen und mal kurz zurück ins Haus. Alles kein Problem, der Weg zum Strand sind nur wenige Schritte. Strand auch sehr schön, vor allem weil die Dünen zwischen Strand und Häusern sind und es so viel natürlicher und naturnaher als an vielen anderen Abschnitten der Küste ist. Im Wasser ca 2 m etwas steiniger, aber nicht störend. Danach nur noch Sand. Strand wird sogar fast täglich gereinigt, alles sehr gepflegt. Das Restaurant am Strand war ok, aber wir fanden das Los Sardinales ca 15min entfernt besser, wenn auch teurer. Der Pool war auch ok, nicht sehr groß aber ordentlich tief. Trotz Anfang Oktober auch immer noch warm genug zum ausgiebigen Baden. Einziges kleineres Manko ist, dass man immer mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen fahren muss. In der Nähe ist kein Laden wo man hinlaufen kann. Wir können das Haus allen Urlaubern empfehlen, die gerne nah am Strand sein wollen, gerne draussen sitzen und essen und Ruhe suchen.

Excellent Beach House with Garden

Location is excellent - right by the beach but, in May at least, not too busy. Nice to hear the sound of the sea in the evening and morning. 1 min from a cafe/restaurant/bar but again not noisy - indeed would have been great if it opened earlier in the morning. With a car, it is less than 10 mins from Marbella. Beach is a bit stony but tractors they were actively removing as much as they could when we were there and it was on one of the nicer stretches of the Playa Alicate. Development is well maintained especially the common areas. Would have been nicer if the pool was heated slightly but a minor complaint Property is nice and has been nicely maintained over the years. It had everything needed for a beach/sun holiday. Agent was on time and very courteous.

Super Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr gepflegte Anlage.

Was will man mehr: Strand, Meer und Restaurant direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Hier und da etwas abgewohnt, aber dennoch empfehlenswert. Das Meeresrauschen ist wunderbar entspannend. Ordentlicher Pool hinterm Haus. Unter der Woche war noch wenig los. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Auto ist erforderlich. Paula immer erreichbar, falls etwas wäre. Im Summe: sehr schöne Urlaubstage.

Läget!!

Läget vid stranden är perfekt, bra uterum och bra köksutrustning. Bara djupa pooler så inget för små barn. Bil är ett måste för att handla, stora och bra affärer inne i Marbella. Paula som är värd är trevlig och lätt att få kontakt med. Vi hyrde 2 veckor och hade uppskattat ett lakansbyte. Vi är nöjda och Marbellas gamla stad är ett stort plus.
