Find Hotels with smoking rooms in Marbella

"We arrived about 2pm to be told check in was at 4pm. Which was completely acceptable. We finally got into our apartment at 5.15pm, after having been up since 3.30 am for an early flight , this wasn't a good start . We weren't given enough towels for five of us , and there were only four beds, despite our booking being made for 2 adults and three children. On enquiring about this , I was told there was a 10 Euro surcharge per night for a fold away bed , which would have cost us another 120...

The staff is friendly, especially Enrique at the front desk. The hotel room is clean but the bathroom is small, furniture and decor could be upgraded or renewed. "

We did not realise, however, the hotel was closing on the Sunday & although we can appreciate staff looking forward to their holidays, service was quite lax (not unpleasant, just staff were mainly absent, something unexpected from a 5 Star hotel, where in every other area, they excelled) - this was both in the bar, in the restaurant; breakfast service, however, was excellent I do believe if we had known the hotel was closing, we would have changed...

"Great location in the centre of old town marbella and only a 5 min walk to the beach. The room has great views and was clean. The only room for improvement would be the bed. It slipped away from the wall during the night meaning our pillows kept slipping down. "
