A beautiful house, walking distance to the beach and the World Famous Puerto Banus. The villa was built by the owner as he is an architect. The situation of the house is just perfect. The Casino of Puerto Banus is in 10 minutes walking distance, as well as Puerto Banus and the beach (beach and Puerto Banus 15-20 minutes walk). There is a mini market just around the corner. Golf, beach, mountains, everything that you imagine. The house has air-conditioning and heating ( air heating ). It has a large swimming pool, lovely garden and closed parking space for two cars. It’s a fantastic house, you will enjoy it.

Excellent Villa and location
From when we booked until we arrived Rita kept in contact and was there to show us around when we got there. The villa is stunning, excellent deco, with 4 really good sized rooms and bathrooms. The pool is a good size and very private, the kids loved it! It's also in a good location, really close to Peurto Banus. Would defnitely recommend it.

The Villa was just perfect ! Rita was an amazing host to go along with the villa and location. I couldn't recommend to stay here enough. Next to a small Market for the basics, 2 options for places to eat. Great 10minute walk to the beach.

Facility we stayed at during our vacation was as good as promised. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. Location is very convenient in terms of reaching Puerto Banus, restaurants and shops-few minutes by taxi. Overall it was a pleasant and memorable stay! Thank you!

Beautiful Villa would highly recommend for a relaxing stay
We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful Villa. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is very spacious with a beautiful terrace and pool. The host is lovely and very quick to respond to any enquiry. We all thoroughly enjoyed the property. 15mins car ride away from Old Town and ubers were very close by. Enjoyed the walks to the port. Rita was fabulous - extremely responsive and provided great suggestions.

A beautiful villa, very spacious as per the photos, description very accurate. Comfortable beds, good quality bathrooms, lovely outdoor seating area and nice pool. Would definitely recommend. Just make sure to buy water, bread, tea, coffee, bin bags & toilet roll on way.

This is one beautiful villa, that has everything required by a family or a group of friends for a great Holiday. Although the location was a good 20 minute walk from both the beach or Puerto Banus the taxi service always turned up within 2 minutes and little more than a 5 minute journey. Overall cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing villa
Rita and her husband were there to meet us, very friendly and informative about the villa and surrounding areas, the villa is spotless and clean, large enough for 8 adults, the location is great with the padel club next door and a mini supermarket just around the corner, Puerto Banús is 15 minutes walk, Uber taxi very easy to get around. Thank you Rita, we will be back.

Great stay
We had a great stay in this very spacious and beautiful house. Enjoyed the pool and charcoal grill. Perfectly located within walking distance from the harbour. If it’s too hot a taxi costs about €5-6. Nice padel club just adjacent and some supermarkets not too far away. Rita was very professional and always responded quickly to the few questions we had.

Fantastic villa, has everything you need!
The villa was fantastic. Was clean and well maintained. Rita was more than helpful and was more than happy to help with any queries we had. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed as a family. The kids loved the swimming pool and having the wifi/English channels. Perfect location.I would definatley recommend this villa to friend and family in the future.

Fabulous stay
We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa - it was fully equipped with everything we could need, extremely comfortable, and spacious. The downstairs basement quarters meant that family could stay without being bothered by our 9 month old twins overnight! The TV with all the channels was also super handy on the few slightly rainy days we had. Rita was impressively responsive on messages and checking in / out was a doddle. We will definitely be back if they’ll have us 😊

Beautiful Villa
Communication with Rita was excellent from the start, villa is very spacious and outdoor shaded seating area was great. Villa was clean but I felt there wete too many soft furnishings present for deep cleaning to be done properly between guests especially at this time when covid is still circulating. Would not hesitate to recommend this Villa as location is perfect, small minimarket around the corner and taxis very easy to get using the Uber App as recommended by Rita.

Puerto Banus Villa
Absolutely stunning villa with every facility you could possibly want or need. The pool in particular was fantastic and loved by the whole family. My only slight negative was a lack of local shops and restaurants within a short walking distance . You can walk to Puerto Banus in around 30 minutes but it is not a particularly scenic walk and can be hard going on a very warm day. You can get an Uber though for around 20 euros

We had a wonderful two weeks in a fantastic house. The promises made at the website all came true. Everything we wished for was available and of good quality. Fabulous Villa!
The villa was absolutely perfect one of the best we have stayed in, very well presented and an excellent layout. It feels like a home not a rental property.The veranda is the perfect place to unwind on an evening! Rita and Antonio the owners were extremely helpful and welcoming and offered some useful advice on the area. Puerto Banus is about a 20 minute walk and definitely worth a visit, however for value for money you should try the restaurants in La Campana a ten minute walk up the hill from the main road next to the villa, they are all excellent however our favourite was Shango's, worth looking it up on the internet as the menu if fab! We will definitely be returning to the villa for another holiday.

Excellent Place
We spent two weeks at the turn of September-October. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, smaller but good grocery stores. The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds and their own wardrobes. There are also large spaces both indoors and outdoors. We were mostly at the pool and most of the food was made outside on the grill. Rita is a great host who kept coming back when we had questions. The house was clean and tidy and we also received an additional cleaning after a week where bed linen and towels were also changed to new ones. I can warmly recommend this accommodation.

Puerto Banus villa
Lovely villa with great deco and spacious rooms. The basement was a surprise as we were not expecting it to be a mini apartment with lounge and dining areas as well as the bathroom and bedroom. The pool was great and we loved chilling in the garden and patio area. Had a couple of trips to the Carrefour, walk there and Uber back. Padel club was handy for the gym goers and good for takeaways and breakfasts. Uber and Bolt great for getting around as we were a party of 7. Used Solhop for airport transfers. Had a great birthday lunch at the Boho Beach Club. Good communication and info from Rita. Overall a wonderful holiday 😊
