This stunning 8-bedroom villa is the largest villa of Lirios Village Marbella compound. Situated in an unmatched location, it is just a brief 7-minute walk away from the lively marina and Puerto Banus sandy beaches, stylish bars, fancy restaurants and nightlife. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & LAYOUT
The villa's bedrooms are prepared with fresh linen and towels for guests. All bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with new beds, soft duvets, comfortable pillows, and mattresses.
The ground floor features three bedrooms: one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bathtub.
Upstairs, there is one en-suite triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed) and one double and one twin bedroom with two single beds pushed together that share another bathroom with a bathtub. Downstairs, there are two en-suite bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a suite with one double bed and a nest-type bed for two people). The downstairs lounge has a ping pong table.
Culinary enthusiasts will love the newly renovated kitchen, equipped with an abundance of pots, pans, wine and champagne glasses, crockery, utensils, and cutlery to accommodate large groups of guests. Coffee aficionados can savor their brew from the Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
SERVICES
@Lirios Village Marbella, we offer a wide range of tailor-made services to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We can arrange your airport transfers, include daily maid service, arrange groceries shopping, welcome surprise decoration, boat trips, and more. Maid service is included in high-season direct bookings, and it can be added to any other booking. We also offer airport transfers and private chef services.
MAID SERVICE
Our high season direct bookings include free maid service every second day. It can be added to any other booking to make sure your holiday villa stays nice and clean throughout the whole stay. Make it a holiday for everyone! Daily cleaning is 65 EUR/day and it includes a quick clean of the kitchen, common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. A one-off cleaning can be arranged for 95 EUR and bed linen and towels can be changed for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We are happy to arrange airport transfer for your group. We usualy wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the villa or make a short supermarket stop on the way. Our fare is 15 EUR/person and a minimum 150 EUR fare per transfer applies.
PRIVATE CHEF
We proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the villa with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. He can even provide half or full-board - check @chefivanduranmiguel and @liriosvillagemarbella to see photos and rates of the amazing things he is able to prepare. His special menu options start from 50 EUR/person.
Even though this villa is completely independent and offers ultimate privacy, the proximity of four other 6-8 bedroom villas with their private pools and gardens allows us to accommodate up to 90 guests in the same area.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY UP TO 21 GUESTS
Even though this villa sleeps up to 19 guests comfortaby, additional 2 beds could be installed in the largest bedrooms for 2 extra guests. There is plenty of space but you must consider if privacy is an issue for you.
PARKING
You can safely park in a large garage for up to 2 cars and there are two more parking spaces behind the property gates. There is also unlimited parking in a parking lot 200 meters from the property.
HOUSE RULES
1. Check-out time is 10:00 and late check-out is subject to availability and extra charge.
2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
4. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINERS ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents. Please understand that rodents pleague is the last thing we want for your holiday villa. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
5. AC must be switched off when not in the villa.
6. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, additional 200 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
7. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
8. The gardener must be granted access to the villa between 8-9:00 in the morning. The gardener won’t ring the bell.
9. The automatic irrigation system comes on every day early in the morning.
10. The villa is located in a residential area and loud parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 800 EUR FINE.
11. The guests are aware they need to close all shutters, lock the property and arm the alarm when not in and during the night. The owner does not take responsibility for any loss or theft. Security is in your hands!
12. Pet are allowed only upon approval and subject to a 200 EUR pet fee.
