The 70 m² property comprises a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a
dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
A single-bedroom features a queen-size bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom
equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The open plan living and dining areas feature high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming
services, international channels, and air conditioning unit, with a comfortable sofa bed
accommodating two individuals (one adult or two children). This spacious layout can
comfortably accommodate four people, making it an ideal choice for a family getaway.


• Parking spaces are available near the property for an additional fee: one directly in front
and a second approximately 100 meters away.
• An additional fee is applicable for shuttle service from/to the airport or train station.
• Upon request, baby cot and high chair with cutlery are available free of charge.
• A late check-in service is available from 10 pm to 6 am for an additional fee.
• An elevator is available within the building from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor.
• Beach towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience.

Nice flat in perfect location

Wonderfull property

We loved this villa. Perfect location on the beach, there are several very nice restaurants in the short walking distance. The villa is in great condition and had everything we needed. The only small issue is that the nearest grocery store is 10-12 min away. The store is Aldi, it is a nice one, but there is nothing closer even for very basic grocery needs. But we still would return with bo hesitation.
