Beautiful villa with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, big pool and garden, uncovered parking for up to 3 cars. This villa has been recently renovated. On the ground floor you can find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, a living room with sofas and dinning table, laundry area. On the first floor you will find an appartment with 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, another living room and kitchen.

On the terraces you will find outdoor furniture such as sofas and tables with seats.

There is a very nice barbecue area with a wood oven and fridge for drinks.

Also, on the garden you will find loungers to enjoy the amazing sun we have in Marbella.

This villa is very well located, at 1km walking distance from the beach of “Rio verde”, one os the most popular in Puerto Banús, where you will find the nice promenade to reach Puerto Banús or Marbella.

Mamzel restaurant and sky bar is at only 300m from the villa, so you could go walking to one of the best places in Marbella.

This villa is perfect for big groups or families.
