The charming apartment “Banus Marbella Holidays” is located in Marbella, and it impresses guests with its beautiful interiors and its excellent location very close to the beach. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (with one double bed each, one with a balcony) as well as 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-fi, air conditioning, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. The apartment also offers a comfortably furnished terrace where guests can start the day with a warm cup of coffee and a good book. As the apartment is south-west oriented and there are no other buildings closeby, you will have complete privacy as no neighbors can see you, and you will also be able to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. You will find the closest selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes at just 3 minutes driving (1.6km), while the closest supermarket is just 5 minutes walking from the property. The nearest beach, Playa Puerto Banús, is just a 4-minute drive away (2km), and here you can sunbathe on the sand, stroll along the coast or swim in the sea. The property has an underground garage (one parking space), but there are also parking spaces on the street.
