Loved the apartment and the balcony was perfect. Great communication from Banus rentals before collecting the keys. Apartment was tired and in need of some upgrading. Only enough warm water for 2 people and there was 4 of us so not ideal. Pool area great, gated gatehouse was fab.

Stayed wit my sisters and niece (4 adults) for a birthday celebration in April 2024. Apartment: Spacious, well kept and clean and comfotable. Equipped with everything we needed. Grounds seemed well maintained too but didn't use pool due to weather too chilly. Location: Great location for beach, nightlife and shop...all walking distance. Communication: Always quick and responsive communiction via whatsapp. Overall great stay, good value and would happily book again.

The appartement was perfect for me and my familly, we arrived late at night and it was very easy to find the Keys as indicated. The appartement was clean and have all the necessary equiments plus a huge balcony where it is plaisant to have breakfast. The pool stays open until 23h and is perfect for Kids even if we did'nt really go there as we prefered the beach which is less than 2 minutes walk from the appartement and that is a huge advantage as the beach is just nearby so as the port with all restaurants... so you will not need a car at all. Plus there is a covered parking in the residence and they are so kind and helpful. This is defenitly the best location we had in puerto banus and we will be back next summer.

For us 2 women the apartment was close to perfect although it's not newly renovated. We practically lived on that huge balcony and ate all our meals there. Bedrooms were quiet and dark because of the shutters. Only thing we missed was a kitchen towel 😁. This apartment would also be suitable for 2 couples. Banus rentals service was excellent and we got answers very quickly to all our questions. Thank you very much!

This apartment was simply excellent. Catered perfectly to our stay. It's location was by far the best we've ever had while staying in the area. The staff at Banus rentals are a pleasure to deal with. The apartment has everything you might need and a delightful outdoor balcony to relax on. I will be coming back if to this place if it is available when revisiting Marbella/Puerto Banus.
