At high tide there are frequent taxi boats making a visit possible at anytime of the day. A short walk from the property you will find the local pubs, restaurants, galleries and shops of Marazion. The property also offers a south facing balcony with sea views with table and two chairs it has an open plan lounge with dining area with fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. The spacious bedroom offers a king size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are views of the sea from both the lounge and bedroom.
The apartment and balcony are accessed via their own private stairway.
A short drive to the west will find the town of Penzance, here you can take the ferry to the wonderful Isle of Scilly, a visit to Tresco Abbey gardens is highly recommended. Further to the west lies Mousehole and Porthcurno with the famous minnack theatre. The whole of the Penwith peninsula is blessed with golden beaches and sandy coves that can all be reached within a 30 minute drive, whether it's the sheltered bays of the south coast or the surfing beaches of the north coast it's all within easy reach.
A car is not essential for a visit to Marazion as there is plenty to explore on foot and the property is just across the road from the coastal path that hugs the entire Cornish coast, there is also a first class bus service and bicycle hire is available within a ten minute walk from the property, ride on e bikes are available on the seafront car park and taxis are also readily available

Although there is free permit parking at the premises it is limited to a first come first served basis and during busy periods the car park can become full, alternative on street parking and car parks can be found close by
