Casa excelente. Localização nem tanto.
Entre as duas reservas que fizemos, ficamos 5 dias. A casa é realmente muito boa e agradável, e o que é essencial funciona, ar condicionado, internet, Tv com streaming, fogão, geladeira etc. Tati, que é a pessoa que toma conta, é muito simpática e prestativa. Nota 10 para ela. Sabíamos que a casa não ficava na beira da praia, mas a caminhada de cerca de 500 metros até os bares da Ponta do Mutá, melhor praia de Barra Grande, não era nada demais. Tranquilo até para voltar já à noite. O grande problema é a distância para a Vila (centrinho de Barra Grande). Há a informação de que são 800 metros, mas a distância na verdade aparenta ser maior. São 25 minutos em marcha razoável, em meio a grande fluxo de carros e quadriciclos (alta estação). O aluguel diário de um quadriciclo estava na faixa de R$300,00, e o táxis cobram R$40,00 por cada viagem entre a casa e a Vila (nesse trajeto que a informação diz ser de 800 metros). A hospedagem vale a pena pelo aconchego da casa e pelo tratamento de Tati. Mas de outra vez pensarei melhor em ficar mais perto da Vila, e preferencialmente na beira da praia.
