Fabulous Florida Keys outdoor living! 1br/2bath sleeps 4. Luxury living inside & out. Spend your days swimming in the deep waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or under the palms in the fresh water swim spa which is solar heated in the winter and shaded and cool in the summer. Enjoy evenings overlooking spectacular sunsets from the waterfront patio. Deep water dockage on the gulf with easy access to the ocean (available for additional charge). Outdoor marble wet bar with many amenities. Marble tables for outdoor dining, charcoal & gas grill on your private patio. Acadia kayak, washer and dryer. Lighted outdoor ping pong table, marble fish cleaning table.
Your home has 2 queen beds, custom woodwork, central vacuum & tile throughout. Sleeps 4 in air-conditioned comfort. Full kitchen inside in addition to outdoor kitchen and bar with oven & broiler and its amenities. One bath inside with another air-conditioned bath including bidet outside by the swim spa (both have large walk-in showers). Hardwired cable internet, Free WI-Fi, ePrint services available, Filtered drinking water, electronic safe, 40” LED HDTV with wireless apps including Pandora and Netflix all powered by Bose home theater speakers.
End of street privacy, while still conveniently located to everything. 5 restaurants are located within walking distance (.02 miles). 14 acre community park (.03 miles), with lighted tennis courts, skate board park, basketball, soccer, amphitheater, exercise trails & playground.
Outdoor facilities and common areas for the property are shared by the owner.

This was our second stay at this wonderful property and it does not disappoint. The views are spectacular, the host is very accommodating, the rental is perfectly appointed. We had a relaxing time and loved the fishing on the property. We will be returning for sure!

Location was perfect 2 streets away from the boat ramp couldn't ask for better accommodations everything you could possibly need and more. First time we ever stay where the host lived on the same property, was a little concerned at first but Moffett was very nice and accommodating. A Hidden Gem
This was our first trip to Marathon and we are excited to have discovered Muffett’s place! Her property is beautiful and secluded. The apartment is well stocked, clean and comfortable. We grilled out, walked to restaurants, watched sunsets and fished. Muffett is the perfect host! We have already booked our stay for next January.

We stayed for mini lobster season 2023. Muffett was great! She had everything you could think of available and ready for us. She is just a phone call or knock away and very helpful. The place was perfect and just what we were looking for.

We couldn't have found a better place to stay when we visited the Key's! Located in Marathon, we were close to both Key West and Key Largo and all the other Keys in between. Our hostess was so gracious and kind, she had answers about everything in the area .The accommodations were great, had everything you needed or didn't know you needed. Clean and comfortable. And the views.....breathtaking . Sunset was the favorite time of our nights. Great location also. Quiet. In walking distance of a few restaurants and park. When we visit the Keys again, this is where we will return to.

Oh the ambiance!
If your goal is to relax and enjoy the outdoors this is absolutely the place! Wonderful waterfront property with many seating options overlooking the gulf. We stayed on the property for most of our time and enjoyed the deep water for fishing. We relished in the fantastic sunsets and then walked to area restaurants or took advantage of the well stocked kitchen and grills to eat in. Muffett is a wonderful host, such a warm hearted person who sincerely wants to see people be happy. When we go back to the Keys we will not hesitate to book here again!

If I could pick heaven, this could be it. We had a wonderful month in this amazing home. Everything about our vacation was magical. The location is number one and the sunsets are breathtaking. We had everything we needed. Our host became a best friend and will keep in touch with her and come back to visit often.

Hidden Gem
We chose this location for our Honeymoon, could not have asked for a better spot. The property manager skipped nothing when it came to our stay, bottle of wine for us when we arrived, everything was very clean and neatly organized. Full kitchen made our stay even better as we were able to cook our catch from the dock on the property. Beautiful sunsets almost every night, an array of wildlife from iguanas to manatees to a few sharks. If we ever get the chance to get away again we will most definitely be staying here.

Secluded spot in Marathon
Location is private with great views of the gulf. Walking distance to several restaurants. Easy access to bike/walk trail which runs the length of the island. Sombrero Beach about a 10 minute drive but is bikeable too. Apartment is comfortable and clean with just about everything you'll need and Muffett is a gracious host. Highly recommended.

Our first Marathon - Gorgeous private property with great water views!!
We had a wonderful visit to this slice of heaven in the Keys. The owner was so proud of her property and it showed. She was easy to work with and made us feel welcome. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed most of our meals outside overlooking the Gulf. Highly recommended! Snorkeling with Captain Hook in Looe Key was gorgeous! A foodie tour in Key West was tasty!

Muffett is an exceptional hostess! Very friendly and accommodating. The property is an absolute hidden gem! The suite itself was incredible! The craftsmanship and details made you feel like you are staying in a well appointed yacht. We came down from PA for my husband and my birthdays and had an amazing time! Very relaxing! More than a slice of Heaven
We had an awesome vacation at Muffet’s paradise on the Gulf. The house is cozy and cool, a well stocked kitchenette and a gracious host who took time out of her day to give us a tour of her property on our arrival. We spent every evening watching the sunset from our front yard. Marine and bird life galore including dolphin sightings. We also saw lizards of all colors and sizes lol. Very close proximity to all conveniences. Highly recommend. Thank you Muffet for sharing your piece of Heaven with us.

Wow, what an amazing place. This was our fifth stay in Marathon, and we have finally found THE place! Muffett’s little peace of paradise is simply amazing. The home was spotless and had anything we could possibly need for a great stay, bed was super comfy, air conditioning worked great, but the grounds outside are what really won us over. We realized by day five we had hardly even left the property, except to go out and eat. She has so many great outdoor spots to sit and just enjoy the water and the beautiful sunsets. The home was the perfect size for my hubby and myself. Muffett is a great host and quickly became a friend. We are already looking to book our next trip.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe how magical this VRBO is. The location is incredible: right on the water yet only a few blocks from US 1 and everything you could want (restaurants, groceries, Sombrero Beach, etc.) as well as easy access to the rest of the Keys. The vibe is calm and mystical. And speaking of calm and mystical, let's talk about about our wonderful host: Muffet is one of the most grounded, loving and heart-centered people I have every met. Incredibly gracious, welcoming and a wonderful soul. I'm not surprised she's a top-rated host (the honors are well-deserved). We loved meeting her and speaking with her during our stay). We will definitely return. We could not have asked for better accommodations, location or host. It was beyond what we'd hoped for and was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we've ever had, Thank you Muffet!!!!
