On the ground, you'll have access to an outdoor pool, a fitness center, a tropical bar, on-site restaurant. Overseas Highway - which is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, shops, and conveniences - is within a few blocks and Sombrero Beach is only two miles south.
Come home from a day of boating or deep-sea fishing and marvel at the view of the water as you step through the front door. Inside, you'll be greeted by an air-conditioned living space that includes an open kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a smart TV. A sunny bedroom awaits in back, with glass doors connecting to a shaded balcony that's perfect for morning coffee, wine at sunset, and everything in between. Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Unfortunately, the elevator next to the unit does not work. It is the property of SkipJack Resort so Vacasa cannot repair it.
There is no daily maid service or complimentary breakfast.
This is an individually owned retreat and not part of the SkipJack Resort. It's located at the same address as the resort, but it does not belong to it.
This retreat does not have any dockage. The boat ramp and dock available are from the resort and a fee must be paid. You must make prior arrangements with the report dock master directly.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
