Enjoy a relaxing Florida Keys getaway in this luxury, waterfront single-family home, just walking distance to the famous Sombrero Beach. A private, newly renovated heated pool is available for guests to enjoy the warm South Florida weather day or night in the privacy and convenience of their own home.

The spacious two-story layout includes 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a huge open concept kitchen, dining room, family area and wrap around porch with outdoor eating area. Enjoy an afternoon drink or evening meal relaxing on the verandah and watching local iguanas cross the canal. The breezy South Florida style offers a luxurious Caribbean experience with all the modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, cable, flat screen TVs, stainless steel kitchen appliances, double-oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a private dock.

Guests enjoy a grand master suite with a king bed, sitting area and a Jacuzzi tub with a multi-head rain shower on the ground level; a master queen bedroom with a private shower; and two spacious queen-size bedrooms on the second floor with a dual sink full bath.

Guests are invited to take advantage of the home’s private deep-water dock, which is a 5-10 minute boat ride to the famous Seven-Mile Bridge, the longest bridge throughout the Florida Keys. Or take a quick boat ride to enjoy the warm ocean, perfect for swimming, fishing and basking in the South Florida sun.

Conveniently located in Marathon, FL, considered the heart of the Florida Keys for its central location to many family-friendly hotspots, including Sombrero Beach, restaurants, parks, museums, snorkeling, fishing charters, boating opportunities, shopping and more.

Great property just as described. Very clean. Spacious with room for everyone. We especially liked the boat dock and pool. The large kitchen and living space made a great spot for hanging out with the family. Would stay here again!

We stayed in Marathon for lobstering with friends and family. Everything was perfect for our group of 8. We had plenty of room and cooked a lot. Plenty of room for trailer and parking. We had our 28’ pontoon and trailer. Dock was great. Easy to get everywhere.

Wonderful Christmas Family Vacation
We absolutely loved this property! Lots of room for us and our adult children. Everything you need in just a short distance! We loved hanging out on the dock and watch all of the wildlife - even had a couple of manatee swim by!! Great location in the keys 45 min to Islamorada and and hour to Key West. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this property . Very clean, lots of room and everything we needed in a short distance . The heated pool was wonderful . Great Property!
Very nice property, well maintained and in a great location in Marathon. Close to grocery stores/restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed and the gas grill on the patio worked great. Bill was very helpful, offering restaurant suggestions and answering questions during our stay. Everyone loved the pool and patio. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Keys!

This property is in a central location in the FL Keys. It is very close to several restaurants, shops, & the turtle hospital. Wonderful Property for boaters
We had a great stay in this beautiful home. We traveled with our three grown children and each of their significant others. Our son-in-low is a charter fishing captain and he brought his small boat for us to use everyday. This home, dock, location and provisions made for the perfect get away. We loved the house and it was perfect for four couples. We are huge eaters and I am a gourmet cook and everything in the kitchen was perfect. I appreciate that there was laundry detergent, clean beach towels, extra pillows and anything else we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect for us. A beautiful boat ride out of the canals and then we were about 17 N miles off of the humps where we fished and caught tuna for sushi dinners several days. It was a quick ride to the seven mile bridge and sand bars. We also drove to Key West for a day and it was a beautiful one hour drive. Publix and Winn Dixie were less than a mile drive from the driveway. We will definitely be back with friends and family whenever we want to stay in the Keys.
