Located in Middle Florida Keys - situated in the middle of Islamorada and Key West at the foot of the famous 7 Mile Bridge. The neighborhood is very friendly Short walk to Sunset Grille to enjoy the sunset and pedestrian bridge adjacent to world famous 7 Mile Bridge.
Also a short walk to the new hotel development - Isla Bella - is right next door, which was a convenient place to grab coffee and gelato (from their Marketplace), rent jet skis, Fishing charters and kayaks.

Marathon Key Cottage
This was a great place with plenty of space for outdoor living. It was very clean and the owner was responsive to our needs. If it rains it's best to eat out as there is no indoor table. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Perfect spot for a family
Situated in a perfect spot between the upper and lower keys this was a great house for our family to stay in for the week. The deck was great and awesome access to the channel to park a boat or just fish with the kids. The neighbors were awesome and it's situated on the same street as one of our favorite hangouts the sunset grill. Definitely recommend for families!

Perfect Vacation
Very nice property. It is small but there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 1 child. We did have a couple issues and they were taken care of very quickly. Neighbors and the location are great. We enjoyed the swim spa very much!

This home was a perfect spot for all things keys. Walking distance to a wonderful sunset bar, easy ride out to the Atlantic on the boat, and wonderful neighbors. Quick response with the owner when we had a small issue!

Great experience staying here owner was very accommodating and flexible.

Everything about our stay here was absolutely the best. Well furnished with everything we needed and a great location. Clean and very nicely decorated. The outside area was so well organized and created a very relaxing atmosphere. Will use again if in this area. Highly recommended.

Veryclean property. Accurate description. Love that there is room for a boat, plus bait cooler and extra fridge downstairs. Washer and dryer work great Great customer service. I had a packages shipped in and the office put it in our rental for us.

Great location, great accommodations!
This house is the ideal set up for anybody wanting to enjoy the Florida Keys. Everything we needed to enjoy ourselves was inside the house, and everything to enjoy the water was outside. Beautiful deck space with lots of lounging areas. Great set up with a dock and fish cleaning station. Very quick access to get out on the water. Would highly recommend this vacation rental! Hope to return soon.

The house was beautiful -well kept and very enjoyable. Owner stopped by to give us a fruit basket and welcome us. Awesome! Only recommendation is to provide a dust pan and hangers for the closets. Many thanks for a beautiful home to stay in during our vacation.

Awesome place
We really loved the house. The location is perfect close to Bahia Park my favorite. Beds are comfortable and house had mostly everything. Maybe add a salt and pepper I never thought of that until I needed it. We had one issue owner tried his best to get a repair done but we had a backup refrigerator downstairs. We would defiantly stay again and shout out to Gloria the sweet neighbor next door.

Good location
Nice updated house but much smaller than expected. Plan on buying or bringing most everything you need including basics like paper towels, laundry detergent, salt/pepper, small cooler for the beach etc. Very limited dishes and pots/pans. Would be nice to have some basic cleaning supplies( rags, broom,etc) to have to use during the stay as well.

Beautiful place excellent location
This was perfect for four adults!! we had a perfect location whether we wanted to go to Key West or Key Largo. The place was fully furnished stocked well and very helpful with items that we may need. We needed a cooler and some lawn chairs that we were going to cart with us across state and then the property manager ended up purchasing those for us. What a kind gesture and boy did that help with our packing we no longer needed to bring a cooler or lawn chairs, and we did use both. The place is small, but it is situated perfectly for its size. I would stay here again very comfortable. The neighborhood was wonderful the neighbors were very kind.

Marathon Get-away
We loved everything about this home. The location was fantastic, the neighborhood was nice and quiet and the home itself was perfect for our vacation. We even got a daily visit from the manatees that live in the canal by the house. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately after messaging the owner. Our only suggestion would be to have clothes hangers available for the guests. There were only 6 hangers in one room and none in the other. We did find 2 hangers in the laundry area after being at the house for 3 days. In the grand scheme of things, this was a minor inconvenience. We would love to come back to this home again if our travels bring us back to Marathon in the future.

Although we enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, updated. Great atmosphere. Walking distance to sunset grill and 7 mile bridge. The only negative. No pool on premises (. Although description states pool ). The access to sunset grill pool is only for customers who eat and buy drinks there. Laundry room needs laundry basket ( washer and dryer located downstairs. Overall very nice place. Thank you

Best trip ever!
This place was amazing! Fantastic location. Clean, organized. Would be fantastic if you are traveling with kids. We didn’t use the spare room or the loft, but great space. If grocery shopping, hit the Winn Dixie in Marathon. Also, book snorkeling and other adventures there too. Traveling into Key West for excursions is horrible with the traffic and parking. This stay has a washer and dryer, but no detergent. The coffee pot is a regular carafe and a Keurig. The filters are over the fridge, but no grounds. No tissues either. FYI for your grocery shopping. Easy fix. The outdoor furniture is absolutely wonderful. You can watch the sunrise every morning. The swim spa is refreshing. If you like the water hot, turn it on and leave the cover on for several hours before using it. It's great after a long day of walking around Key West. There are numerous stairs here, and everywhere you go, so if you have bad knees, beware. The Sunset Grill at the end of the seven mile bridge is great for breakfast. Walk up behind it to the bridge for amazing sunsets! Walk over to the resort next door for coffee or pastries and the yummy gelato. One thing that bugged me was the hand towel holder. Your towel hangs over the toilet handle. My fix was turning the towel bar upright and it allows the towel to be free of the handle. I hope these little things make your stay perfect. Our honeymoon was the best staying here. We didn’t need to contact the property manager at all. Highly recommend!!

Great Location, Location, Location……
The property is remodeled. Clean as a pen, outside sitting area is one of the best we’ve stayed in and we’ve been doing VRBO for 25 or 30 years. It is small inside. It says up to 7 can stay there but more than 4 would be insane to me. The seating in the house is strictly a couch. There are no chairs in the house except in the loft which we didn’t use. There are 3 twin beds in the loft. The couch is uncomfortable. Trying to watch TV was tough. It was an L shaped sectional and really other than scrapping that and going with a love seat and a recliner there is really no way to arrange the space. Great dockage, great parking, just a top notch property. Other than the couch…. Also, there is no table and chairs or counter bar, bar stool type arrangement to eat at inside. If it’s not good weather there is literally no where to eat other than hold your plate and eat. There is no TV trays, nothing. We had great weather every day so it wasn’t an issue for us. The outside dining table was excellent and the seats out there are excellent. There is also a glider chair & two seater, A table for 6, a nice outdoor couch, chairs and a coffee table up on the deck and another 8 seat table under the deck and a couple of hanging chairs, kind of hammock like. The kitchen is equipped pretty decently. The cabinetry is not user friendly, no where to store any groceries etc. I’d stay here again for sure. 5 stars if the couch was OK

Excellent location! Easy access to the Atlantic and the Bay by boat! Boat dock is large and has water and power! We loved the porch and all the seating for afternoon drinks! My son loved the large hot tub!
