Enjoy this ocean front piece of paradise and relax from the daily stress. This spacious two bedrooms two bathrooms apartment has full ocean view with a private beach and heated pool. The building is very peaceful. You can go hunting for treasures in the sand or lay on the beach or by the pool to unwind. From the balcony you can catch sight of the manatees when they come to visit. You can also see the small nurse shark that comes almost every afternoon or the schools of dolphins and fish that swim by.

It’s a key location
We had a wonderful time at this lovely home in the perfect location on the Keys. It was so quiet and the sunrises were beautiful. We enjoyed staying here so much we hope to return next time we visit the Keys.

We absolutely loved the property and its location right on the beach.
It was exactly what we were looking for and made our first trip to the Keys very special! We really liked the screened balcony as weather was very nice to keep doors open. Thank You!!

Good beach (unusual for the keys). Biked everywhere. Close to Curry Hammock which has good kayaking and kite surfing. Apartment is very nice with great views of the sunrise

This is a lovely condo. Very clean, well-equipped, and looks like recently updated. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

Exceeded expectations
We have stayed in several Florida condos and this rental was easily the best in terms of cleanliness and how well it was equipped. The furnishings and decorations had the beach motif, but were also very tasteful. The location was amazing. To look outside and see the ocean and steps from the beach! Perfect. The heated saltwater pool an added bonus. We will certainly consider staying there again.

The condo was very accommodating and well equipped. Maylin was very responsive with any questions we had. We loved exploring the long stretch of beach and appreciated just how close the condo is to the water. Literally just a few feet! We had the entire beach and pool to ourselves the entire stay!

Amazing Place in The Keys!
What an amazing place to experience The Keys! Everything was amazing and the condo is very well appointed. The location was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We did very little because the location was perfect! There wasn't a thing we could have asked for that wasn't there waiting for us at the condo! There was a brief glitch at check-in, but Maylin responded immediately and the rest was seamless! We would highly recommend this amazing rental for anyone wanting to experience the beautiful Florida Keys!

Key’s paradise
Our stay at Coco Plum Condominiums was absolutely amazing. My husband and girls had stayed in this building three years ago and loved its location, quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach. This time, our friends walked in, saw the view and gasped. We spent each morning on the porch, drinking coffee and talking, and finished each evening listening to the waves. The condo itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It is a wonderful place to fully relax and unwind with unforgettable views. The pool is Oceanside, clean and in good shape. The last morning before leaving for the airport, a pod of dolphins swam past, topping off a perfect week. Maylin was available if we needed anything, but since everything was perfect, we didn’t need to contact her. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, nicer place to stay in the Keys.

Great relaxing stay
If you look at Deborah S. review, the first paragraph is exactly how I feel about my stay in marathon. I like to walk and bike and the paths to bike and walk were great. Just steps to the east of the condominium complex is a beach which is great for walks in the sand. Since the complex is located next to the beach, it is very quiet and relaxed. Not a bad drive to Key West or a quick trip over the 7 mile bridge to Bahia Honda State Park. Great place to have some fun and to relax.

A little piece of paradise
This was a well-equipped, seaside getaway. It was a beautiful view. We spent most of our time staring out to sea!. Our host was very responsive to questions before we arrived and also after. The check in was easy. It was very clean. The mattresses were fine. If we wanted we could rent kayaks and bikes for the week. It was a great value for the price. It would definitley warrent a return trip.

Gorgeous property and pristine location
I’ve stayed at multiple locations and this one takes the cake! It is the most fully equipped and supplied home I’ve ever stayed at. I say home because it felt more like a home away from home than a vacation rental. All the amenities provided made our vacation one of the most enjoyable we’ve ever had. The kayaks, the bikes, the swimming equipment, the pool toys, the view, and the fully stocked kitchen just added to the comfort and ease of our trip. Would recommend to anyone and look forward to returning there again if the opportunity arises! Great communication from the hosts and they were wonderfully helpful throughout the entire trip. Can’t say enough good things about this unit and the owners. Thanks so much for making our last-second trip so memorable!

Fourth of July
Our family of 6 stayed for the first week of July. We weren’t prepared for all the sea grass (first time visitors) on the beach or the smell that came, but aside from that, really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked and the view was beautiful. The kids swam in the pool and especially liked the shade in the late afternoon. Thankful for the snorkel gear and beach chairs. Couple suggestions would be to add a beach umbrella, drying rack for suits and towels and a broom ( found several dust pans though). Owner was quick to respond to our questions.

Beautiful condo, bad beach
The property was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and right on the ocean. Four bikes and two kayaks were available. The owner was quick to answer questions and made the check in process very simple. There were many towels, linens, blankets, and other amenities provided. There is a large screened in balcony with four chairs that we enjoyed watching the ocean and looking for sea life. The pool area was immaculate and we had the entire pool to ourselves all week. However, it should be noted that the condo is located next to a nature preserve where large mounds of seaweed piled up. The beach in front of the condo was basically non usable as there was so much seaweed washing in. The smell gave a family member a headache. The smell is almost sulfuric and takes your breath away. Clean up crews came a few times but merely pushed the seaweed to one area then buried it. A local told me this area is always known for murky water and seaweed. If you don't need access to the ocean, then this place is perfect. However, if you wanted to enjoy the ocean as we did, then do not rent this place.
