Whether you're grilling your haul on the gas grill or storing leftover bait in the handy freezer, this home is fully equipped for your fishing adventures. If you're bringing your boat, you'll appreciate the 35 ft dock, ample trailer parking, and space for three cars. The nearby Vaca Cut bridge offers easy access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

Boat Lift not available for guests, owners boat is on the lift but does not block any view or take any space from the 35 ft of dockage space for guests.
