Welcome to Hook, Wine & Sinker... this waterfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom vacation home is fit for every ocean-loving pirate and mermaid alike.  View the sailboats of Boot Key Harbor right from your waterfront, ocean-side backyard. The views will truly impress your guests while they play cornhole, lounge poolside, or soak in the relaxing pool.  Fish from the boat or your private dock and hook your catch of the day! Instantly access the screened lanai from the carport or the living area to enjoy outdoor dining and water views from the shade.

The living area offers coastal decor and ample seating right beside the nautical kitchen with an island ideal for wine and appetizers while offering seats for two guests.  After a long day of fishing or swimming, watch your favorite movie with the family and relax in the living area featuring the same beach house decor found throughout the home and a unique fireplace area.

Once it's time for bed, you can retreat to your peaceful Master Suite featuring a King Bed and relaxing ambiance. The second bedroom for guests also features a King size bed, coastal decor, and tranquility, and is conveniently close to the hallway guest bathroom.  For the young ones, there is a dorm-style guest bedroom with two twin beds that the kids will enjoy.

Hook, Wine & Sinker is also located close to stores, shopping centers, activities, and dining.  This home offers everything you and your guests will need on your Florida Keys vacation and for all of your adventures.

A security camera is in place at the front door for your safety.

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.  Also, although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

First time to the keys and couldn’t have had a better spot to enjoy all it has to offer. Conveniently located to access all parts of the keys. The boat dock was perfect for the kids as they were able to fish sun up to sun down. Not only were the fish plentiful, we had a couple manatees that frequented the dock! Highly recommend

Relaxing Stay
We had a wonderful week stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard with the pool and tropical feel was perfect. We loved that the canal was wide so the views were beautiful. We felt very safe. Loved having TV's in the two main bedrooms and having cable versus just streaming apps. Lots of extra towels. Kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time.

Great location!
We had a great stay! In perfect spot for long bike ride to 7 mile bridge, taking boat to dinner, all around great location. The house was nice with pool and views everything was great!! Would stay again if we come back to Marathon!

Amazing property
Before arriving I contacted the property manager who allowed me to park my boat trailer on the property before check in. Made a huge difference. The cleaning crew did an awesome job, the house was clean and smelled clean. As for the view and the pool there really are no words to describe the beauty. Will definitely stay here again.

The cabinets over the stove need to be fixed.We could of used a larger frying pan for breakfast,also the grill outside needs to be replaced,very old.But other than that we enjoyed our time,I would consider staying again.

Beautiful house, view and very interesting marine life in the canal. We saw manatees, stingrays, horse shoe crabs and much more in the canal. The house is centrally located within town if you are interested in tours, etc. Wonderful time, we didn't want to leave.

Perfect fit
The location, the boat dock, the bedrooms, living area/eating area, screened room, THE POOL were all excellent and everything that we wanted and needed in a vacation stay!! We enjoyed all that this home had to offer!! The view was wonderful and having our own private pool was wonderful!! The shallow area was perfect for chilling and the Grandbaby to splash around in!

Pool is Everything
The pool with the backdrop of the water makes the whole experience. It was perfect for staying cool and hanging out on hot days. The rest of the house was perfectly fine, nothing special but clean and generally in good shape. Our biggest problem was with some of the lack of supplies i.e. no spare toilet paper or paper towels. Three garbage bags for a 4 night stay (with six people). Three dish washer and washing machine pods (even though they request you run both upon checkout). Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but is clearly cleaned out after every guest. There were no leftover spices, foil, oil, condiments or any of kind. Not even coffee filters for the supplied coffee pot. Not deal breakers but really would have been nice to know prior to arrival.

Great location
We loved the location of this property. Not to far from Key West. The pool was a big hit with everyone. So peaceful in that area. The house was very clean. Had lots of towels and plenty of space for our group of 6. We got to see a little shark and a manatee off the back deck. Which was really cool. The only thing I can say the house needed was a full length mirror. Us ladies want to look our best when we go out. 😊

The house was perfect. Had everything we needed, was neat, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The pool was perfect, bigger than I was expecting compared to other rentals! I will definitely try to stay here again next time we come down.

Everything was fantastic.....the house was in need of some repairs on the screened enclosure....screen door to pool and porch had a few blown out screens. Dock ladder needs repair.......its dangerous. All of that is just feedback. The house was clean and nicely equipped. Neighbors were super nice and helpful. Few simple fixes and this house is a diamond in the rough

A nice stay despite some hiccups
Our stay was nice, the area super quiet, private and relaxing. The patio, screened in porch, pool, hammock and dock were great for hanging out. We did have some hiccups with an unexpected fridge delivery (then the new fridge didn't work), repairman calls and the annual fire inspections while we were there, but Kasey at the rental agency was super responsive and did her best despite the circumstances. They brought in a replacement fridge within the hour the next day when it was discovered it wasn't working. While it was a bit frustrating and not so relaxing to have the vacation disruptions dealing with these things, they made good on the inconvenience. We would stay with them again.

Great place with a beautiful backdrop of sailboats. Clean!!!! Even smelled clean as soon as we walked in. A big plus for me!! We especially enjoyed the pool. Spent lots of quality family time in and around it. Also enjoyed the hammock and kayaking around the sailboats. Easy paddling to sombrero beach. I recommend Caribbean kayaks. There were very friendly and easy to work with. There are just a few things you need to be aware of. The dock ladder needs to be more secured to the dock. It’s about to break and is unsafe. Screens in porch needs some attention. Blind rod in master bedroom is broken. Need a door stopper on bedroom across from master bedroom to keep door knob from hitting the wall. The City of Marathon rental license on front door expired as of 12/31/2021. I would also suggest grill utensils. This seem like quite a bit. However, very small and easy to fix. I’m sure you will take care of these promptly. These suggestions did not hinder our stay at all. But Being a renter ourselves on South Carolina’s coast, I would want to be made aware of them. I would recommend to anyone and would go back. You have a lovely beach home. Thank you for allowing us to rent your property

Great family house
This was a perfect fit for our families, consisting of four adults and two preadolescent kids. Location in central Marathon is perfect for access to excellent restaurants, and halfway between Islamorada and Key West. The small pool with a wading area was perfect for adults and kids. Sitting under an umbrella, feet in the water, sipping a cocktail and watching the kids late in the afternoon was priceless.

Great location
This was a cute 3 bedroom home. The pool was small but perfect for just my husband and me - really enjoyed reading in the pool chairs while in the water (especially when we put the umbrella up). It was nice that there was a screened in porch with a large table to eat meals outside. The pier was wonderful to sit by the water! Lots of fun to fish from while we saw lots of animal life - iguanas, pelicans and birds of all types, manatees and even a couple of dolphins swan by. The bed was nice - plenty of bath towels - only two pool towels. The bathrooms could use some care (some pealing paint and new caulk). The kitchen was well supplied. The location of this property is great! It second from the end (making for great views) and centrally located in Marathon. Grocery, restaurants and activities are all very close! I would recommend this property!
