This updated one-bedroom condo, centrally located in Marathon, offers convenient access to historical sites such as Crane Point, Sombrero Beach, Seven Mile Bridge, and Pigeon Key. Situated on the third floor with elevator access, the condo features two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cherry wood cabinetry. Amenities include cable TV, a sleeper sofa, and provided linens and towels. Coin laundry facilities are available near the pool area.
The unit is located at same address as Skipjack Resort but is NOT part of the resort as it's an individually owned unit. The only amenities you have access to are the pool, tiki bar & restaurant. There is no daily maid service provided or complimentary breakfast.
This unit does not have any dockage. Boat ramp and docking available from the resort for a fee. You must make prior arrangements with the resort directly.
This property is “Not pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
