Bikinis & Martinis is a serene townhouse nestled within the Gulf Pointe II Association. Enjoy partial water vistas from both the living room and master bedroom. The main level boasts an open-concept design, featuring a kitchen, dining area, and living room complemented by a convenient half bath. Upstairs, you'll find the spacious master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom, a guest bedroom, and a full bathroom in the hallway.
Dockage is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is conveniently situated near the unit. The docks are just a short stroll away. Additionally, this unit is conveniently located next to the pool, making your pool days effortless and enjoyable!
There are assigned spots under the building for vehicles & trailers. Please note that all vehicles and trailers must fit under the home, and be cautious as the turn to park under the carport is narrow. The carport is about 40ft long and 8ft high. There is no overnight or guest parking in the complex - if vehicles/trailers don't fit you must find off site storage.

If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.
