This 2006 home has 5 bedrooms / 4 full bathrooms, elevator, quality mattresses, 3 of the bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs, kitchen has commercial quality appliances, dish washer, ice maker, and granite counters, 6 televisions, washer & dryer, and screen porch up stairs to enjoy the views or enjoy meals, screen room down stairs with a BBQ Kitchen and large dining area, a family sized pool (which may be heated for a fee per week) surrounded by palms, Theater room with a 72' Television, fenced back yard, floating docks, a 100' t-docks with 50 amp power, fish cleaning station, and a bait freezer for the Fisherman.
We have parking for multiple cars, ample dockage and a boat trailer parking on site inside fenced side yard.
This home has a 7 night minimum policy. We rent Saturday to Saturday only unless arranged otherwise with property manager. There is no smoking allowed inside the home! Pets may be considered with an additional pet fee and deposit. Pool heat is an additional $250 a week. There is an elevator available upon request for a $500/week fee (Unavailable at this time due to repairs until further notice). Usage of the 30 Amp power at dock for large boats is an additional $250 a week.
There are 8 “outside only” security cameras covering the driveway, dock and pool areas.
They are only for security purposes and should not be tampered with.
