3BR/3BA Sunset Cottage located at The Villages of Hawks Cay

In response to COVID-19, our cottage will be disinfected and sanitized professionally prior to all check-ins.

Professionally decorated, fully renovated Cottage with 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathroom Cottage located in the Village at Hawks Cay on Sunset Drive. Spend your vacation taking in fabulous sunsets right off one of the two balconies. The interior has been completely renovated. New furniture, bedding, flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Samsung TVs and much more. You will absolutely love the accommodations our Cottage offers you and your guests. Our designer and contractor designed it with you in mind! Come relax with us in the fabulous Florida Keys.

The Kitchen is open to the dining room and living room which is open and airy with natural light filtering in from the windows and sliding glass doors. This opens up to your own screened in patio which overlooks the crystal clear waters of Duck Key and Tom's Harbor. Sit on the patio on either floor and take in the unforgettable sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay to dine in should you choose to.

The Living Room has a West Indies motif and is equipped with a sleeper sofa, two deep seating chairs and 52" Samsung TV, surround sound, Blu-Ray player and iPod docking station, free WiFi and over 100 HD channels for your enjoyment!

One of the main reasons The Florida Keys has become a vacation hot spot for east coasters is the weather. The weather is beautiful year round in Duck Key with average temps in the 70's throughout winter.

Two of the bedrooms are located upstairs and have their own private bathroom and TVs, and a third bedroom is located downstairs with its own TV. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king bed with a new pillow top mattress. The Guest Room has 2 Queen beds, both with new pillow top mattresses, and the third guest room has a new Queen pillow top mattress.

Come see for yourself why The Florida Keys has been our family’s favorite vacation spot for the last 20 years. Whether swimming with dolphins, fishing, diving or enjoying a day at the spa, our Cottage at the Villages at Hawks Cay offers something for everyone.

We do not participate in the Hawks Cay Resort Rental program and therefore can offer discounted rates on our Cottage of up to 50% savings. Therefore, you will not have access to the resort or any of its amentities.

We hope to have the opportunity to host you as our guests. You will see the Florida Keys has so much to offer. It will be a memorable vacation for everyone! We are here to help and hope to hear from you soon.

Gorgeous location!
This condo is so beautiful! It was the perfect space for our family plus grandparents - spacious and clean. We loved all the access to outdoor space. The kitchen was well-equipped and you could not beat the sunset. The Cabana Club was fun and the beach was great! We also loved Sombrero Beach. Owners were friendly and responsive as well. We are already talking about our next visit.

The views are beautiful - especially the top floor and the beds were very comfortable. Good Variety of small kitchen tools/appliances. The house could use a refresh (dark and dated furniture) and there were some dusty areas of house (especially bathroom)

This place was so nice!!! Loved the sunsets and was well equipped with all the things you needed. Beds and pillows were so comfy! The Cabanna Club membership that comes with the Condo was great (it is 7 miles down the road, but who cares we were on vacation) We sunbathed, ate there and swam in the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place. Loved IT!!

Our family enjoyed the very nice unit owned by the Carters. It was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We kayaked and paddle boarded right outside the unit daily. Thank you for a lovely stay!

House was great! Had everything we needed for our stay. Condo was in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to the rest of the Keys. Great to sit on back porch and watch the sunset over the water. We thought the pool was was going to be on site. The Cabana Club was 7 miles away. Very over crowded and no chairs available. Cottage was in a great location. Beautifully kept residence with great views
My husband, 2 young sons, parents and I all had a lovely time on Duck Key. The resort next to the home was not open due to hurricane damage (which the owner made a point of telling us before we booked), but the town house was in great condition. Very comfortable beds and all the comforts of home. The view off the deck(s) was stunning - great for sunsets. The boys enjoyed fishing 15 feet from the back deck.

This property is just as listed--extremely clean, updated and the location is beyond perfect! Sunset views every night and convenient to all Keys activities. We visited Key West for the day and also enjoyed the water sports that are located across the street. There are two restaurants at Hawks Cay which is in walking distance and open to the public-we enjoyed the meals at both. Jarod was amazing to work with--communication was great and he was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back!

Perfect weather and a super accommodating home made for a wonderful week with friends. This unit had a bathroom for each bedroom which made it very nice having your own space to get ready.nice beach towels and beach chairs were available also. The Ninja blender was the bomb! Already told my husband that we will be upgrading our (now substandard) current Ninja! Lol! Thanks for the great place!

Stunning Location in Relaxed Elegance
We spent the weekend here with two families and kids. The condo was everything we could have hoped for... totally clean, stocked with as many cooking supplies as my kitchen at home, and spacious for our large group. The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. The sunset views are stunning, and the large grassy area just outside the back door was perfect for the kids to run around, play soccer or drop a line in the water... they even caught a few fish! We used the resort amenities on multiple occasions, as well... loved late night ice cream at the dock store as well as the kayaks at the resort pool. We will definitely return!
