"Great hotel. Has a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. The rooms are clean and the heat and hot water work well. This hotel is in the middle of Old Town, where there are lots of nice cafes and shops. While we were there, we went to Sushigo to have drinks and sushi, then to Location Bar to watch live music. "The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel. Highly recommended "

"Beautiful big room, very clean and a wonderful bathroom, seemed newly renovated with an excellent flow of water for the shower. First class waiters in the dining room both for breakfast and one dinner. A big choice for breakfast with a very tasty Georgian salad freshly made. Dinner was delicious, excellent work by the chef. Wine and drinks were a bit expensive. A special thanks to the front desk manager and the receptionists who helped make our first visit to Batumi memorable."
