Security system is like Fort Knox 😂 Just bare in mind if going on an early morning tour you may have to arrange with staff to set the gate to open as otherwise you're locked in between 11pm and 6am."

"The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can.. DO not stay here I only booked because during the Carnival you don't really stay inside just change and go. "

There is no air conditioning in the living room area, this added amenity would have made the stay much better for family time instead of each of us having to revert to the coolness of our respective bedrooms.
