Beautiful view
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Anna. The welcome from Maria and Giovanni was very warm and helpful . The house is beautifully furnished with a great living room! But the terraces are the jewel in the crown, where you can enjoy the morning sun on one side and the sunset on the other. The beautiful beach is a 15 minute walk away and under 5 minutes by car. All in all, highly recommended!

Spectacular Hilltop views
The setting is absolutely beautiful, with panoramas from nearly every window. The house has large outside areas, for dining or relaxing, and a comfortable dining and living area. The home has 5 bedrooms; 4 with views (many with ceiling fans) 5th bedroom would be ideal for small children--no view and bunk beds. We did not use this room as it was too hot, and instead moved a mattress onto living room floor. Most windows and doors have screens, which is a must because of the heat and occasional mosquito. The two outside showers are perfect. We appreciated the three portable beach umbrellas that were provided. We explored many beaches; Cala Dolfino, is within walking distance and is perfect for those inclined to hike to a secluded spot. Both beaches nearby, are easy car rides. A car is A MUST. I would suggest a Jeep or fuori strada as the roads in Torre are not maintained and particularly, the roads on hill are challenging. The driveway, typical of the area, is on steep incline. When the rental car company asks if you want extra insurance--take it! As for parking at the home, there is space for two cars. If you are a group with two cars, it does take some maneuvering to get into place and navigate then back down hill. Grocery shopping was easy at the two local stores; we ate out nightly and enjoyed Andycoc e il Moro.. Not fancy, but fresh food and right on the beach. Da Barbara in Solanas was quite good as well. It is not noted on the VRBO pages, but only in the contract you sign the week prior, there is a bed linen & bath towel fee, which surprised us. I don't know anyone who travels with their own bed linens. All in all, a beautiful spot enjoyed by Nonna (80) down to the 5 teenagers.

Maison avec vue imprenable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Giuseppe. Cette dernières est parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. La literie est confortable. (prévoir 10€ supplémentaire par personne par semaine pour la location du linge de maison) Giuseppe a su se rendre disponible quand nous l'avons sollicité.

Perfektes Ferienhaus
Als Grossfamilie war dieses Ferienhaus für uns absolut perfekt! Wir hatten genügend Platz und die Aussicht ist bombastisch! Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Älteres Haus in traumhafter Lage
Die Aussicht ist perfekt man braucht aber dringend ein Auto. Unser Problem waren die Stechmücken - sie waren überall, trotz Netzen an den Fenstern. Ohne Moskitonetz hätten wir keine Nacht geschlafen und : wer mit Hund reist, sollte wissen, dass ganz süße Katzen abends an der Küchentür betteln. Unserem Nick hat das gar nicht gefallen, er war ständig auf Katzenjagd.

Magnifique vue
Vue époustouflante depuis la maison. Une petite rénovation serait bienvenue car les équipements sont vieillots. Nous avons regretté l’absence d’un aspirateur que nous avions pourtant demandé au propriétaire et qui pourrait au vu du prix de la location et des routes pousserieuses alentours être inclus. Attention à bien vérifier que les draps et serviettes de toilette sont incluses dans le prix pour ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise.

Das Haus, die Lage und die verschiedenen Terrassen, auf denen man den Rundum-Meerblick geniessen kann, sind aussergewöhnlich schön. Auch als Ausgangslage für umliegende Strände und für Wanderungen im nahen Nationalpark ist das Haus sehr geeignet.

CASA PERFETTA
Ho soggiornato dal 8 al 15 agosto con un gruppo di 8 amici. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa, pulita e rispecchia in pieno l'ottima impressione che ho avuto dalle foto. Il punto di forza è la posizione panoramica che permette di ammirare uno splendido tramonto sul mare. Ottime anche le tettoie intorno alla casa dove poter mangiare con vista sul mare. I proprietari Giuseppe e Maria Grazia sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Davvero una bella vacanza, magari in futuro ci sarà occasione di tornarci.

Das Haus liegt an einer traumhaften Lage! Es ist sehr gross und top gepflegt, trotz des Alters der Liegenschaft. Alle nötigen Einrichtungsgegenstände sind vorhanden. (Sehr viel Geschirr) Die Vermieter sind supernett und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer späten Ankunft wurden wir sogar mit einem reichhaltigen Snack begrüsst. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass man ein Auto benötigt, um möglichst schnell am Strand zu sein. ( zu Fuss ca. 20 Min den Berg rauf). Die beiden Supermärkte sind sehr gut eingerichtet und haben die ganze Woche geöffnet, ebenso die Bar (Gelateria) Die Pizzeria nebenan ist sehr zu empfehlen! Die beiden Strände sind eine Wucht, einfach wunderschön!!

Wonderful hilltop villa with spectacular views
All three generations in our immediate family, ages 8 to 87 spent two weeks at Enrico and Maria's house in Torre Delle Stelle in early July and had a wonderful time. The location is absolutely unique with panoramic views of the sea on more than 180 degrees and a short drive from the beach of Genn'e Mari which is a gem. Enrico and Maria are truly charming hosts and went well out of their way to ensure everything was in order with the house, which is well equipped even for a large group. There were 9 of us at some point and it never felt crowded. This is a great spot for a relaxed stay by the sea. It takes a little time to get in and out of Torre and into Cagliari but it's overall very manageable if you plan for it. We will have great memories of the trip for a long time.

Das Haus ist wirklich unglaublich schön gelegen. Auf einem Hügel über dem Meer hat man 180° Aussicht auf die Südküste mir seinen tollen Stränden und Felsen. Auf den vielen Terrassen findet man zu jeder Zeit ein sonniges oder schattiges, windstilles oder luftiges Plätzchen. Alle Zimmer bis auf das (etwas hellhörige) "Kinder"-Stockbett-Zimmer haben Fenster bzw. Terrassentüren in Richtung Meer. Für die kälteren Monate gibt es in allen Schlafzimmern Elektroheizer, die vollkommen ausreichend sind. Im Wohnzimmer sorgt dann ein offener Kamin vor der großen Sofaecke für Wohlfühlklima. Am großen Esstisch (natürlich auch mit Meerblick) kommt schnell gute Laune auf, wenn in der kleinen aber gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht wird. Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung passend zu dem Haus aus den 70ern einfach und übersichtlich gehalten. Maria und Enrico, die Eigentümer des Hauses lassen durch ihre positive, humorvolle und engagierte Art keinen Zweifel daran, dass sie erst glücklich sind, wenn es die Gäste auch sind. Da kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass nach der Reparatur einer undichten Wasserleitung ein selbstgemachtes Tiramisu im Kühlschrank steht. Obwohl die beiden fast eine Stunde entfernt wohnen, sind sie doch bei Fragen und Problemen immer sofort erreichbar. Keine Luxusvilla, aber warm und unbeschwert... Vielen Dank Maria und Enrico

Très chouette maison avec une vue fabuleuse sur la mer. Différentes terrasses adaptées à chacun des moments de la journée. Le fait qu'elle soit en hauteur permet de profiter pleinement des petites brises ...Propriétaires très sympathiques et qui ont pu s'adapter à nos horaires d'arrivées et de départs. Spektakulärer Panoramablick von gut ausgestattetem, großzügig geschnittenen Haus
Wir können uns uneingeschränkt den positiven Vor-Bewertungen für dieses Haus anschließen. Zur Begrüßung gab es kalte Getränke und Tiramisu! Das Haus liegt auf dem Gipfel eines Hügels inmitten von hochwertigen Ferienvillen und üppiger Bepflanzung. Drei Terrassen ermöglichen ein ganztags/abends wahlweise wind- und sonnengeschütztes oder auch sonniges Sitzen in frischer Brise, mit Meerblick in drei Himmelsrichtungen sowie Aussicht auf den zum Ort gehörenden Strand und (in die andere Richtung) auf Cagliari und Pula, Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Eine der Terrassen ist mit Liegen, Hängematte und Grilltheke ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer und drei Schlafzimmer haben ebenfalls Meerblick, so dass man sich auch drinnen gut aufhalten kann. Kleinigkeiten wie die Bialetti Espressokannen, die guten, heißen Duschen (kein Rinnsal), eine elektrische Saftpresse, intakte Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern, Gasherd und 6-fache Mülltrennung gaben uns das Gefühl, dass die engagierten Gastgeber auf die gleichen Sachen Wert legen wie wir. Ganz anders als normalerweise bei Urlaubsvermittlern üblich, kommen in diesem Fall sowohl Haus als auch Aussicht auf den Fotos schlechter weg als in Wirklichkeit! Was durch die Beschreibung "Internetanschluss" untertrieben wird: Das Haus wird inklusive erstklassigem W-Lan vermietet.

SPLENDIDO PANORAMA
La casa gode di un panorama splendido e mozzafiato, sia sulla vicina spiaggia Genn'è Mari che sul golfo di Cagliari: la posizione privilegiata, lontana dalla confusione della spiaggia Gli spazi della casa sono adeguati sia all'interno che all'esterno: spaziosa, ben curata e completamente accessoriata, da segnalare l'ampio salone con una finestra enorme con vista sulla spiaggia. La descrizione e le fotografie presenti nell'annuncio corrispondono perfettamente a quanto abbiamo trovato! A pochi minuti di auto presente un supermercato e pescheria, oltre a pizzeria e bar. Con circa 20 minuti d'auto sono facilmente raggiungibili le spiaggie di Villasimius e Costa Rei I proprietari sono stati veramente disponibili, sia in fase di prenotazione che per tutta la durata nostro soggiorno: ci hanno gentilmente rifocillati al nostro arrivo. Settimana perfetta ed indimenticabile!

Panorama splendido
Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 la prima settimana di agosto. Tutto come da descrizione. La vista dalla casa è spettacolare con un panorama mozzafiato su 3 dei 4 lati, sulla vicina spiaggia e sul golfo di Cagliari. I proprietari sono stati veramente cordiali e disponibili per ogni eventualità, sia in fase di prenotazione che per tutta la durata nostro soggiorno, con tanto di dolcetti tipici di benvenuto. Posizione strategica per le spiagge della zona, tutte veramente molto belle con acqua fantastica. A pochi minuti di auto presente un ATM, un supermercato ben fornito, oltre ad un'ottima pizzeria. Spazi buoni con ampi loggiati, cucina forse un pò piccola per un gruppo numeroso come il nostro. Questa casa ha reso la nostra esperienza veramente indimenticabile, la consiglierei a chiunque volesse trascorrere una vacanza nel sud della Sardegna.

Wir kommen wieder!
Wir, drei Erwachsene und fünf Kinder im Alter von 14 bis 17 Jahren, hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in diesem Haus! Als wir ankamen waren wir von dem atemberaubenden Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer überwältigt!!! Hoch oben über dem Ort, 180 Grad Meerblick von allen drei Terrassen und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer. Das können nicht viele Häuser in Torre delle Stelle bieten. Vom ersten Tag an waren wir im Erholungsmodus und zu Hause war weit, weit weg. Unter den Bäumen auf der Liege zu liegen und aufs Meer zu schauen, gemeinsam ganz in Ruhe und unbeobachtet zu essen hat uns an den ersten Tagen genügt. Das Haus ist groß, gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns, trotz der acht Personen, sehr wohl und nie beengt gefühlt. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und in nur 10 Minuten über Treppen zu erreichen. Die Einkäufe konnten wir im Supermarkt in der Nähe des Strandes erledigen, ein Auto braucht man dafür allerdings schon. Begrüßt wurden wir sehr, sehr herzlich von der Familie des Vermieters mit Kuchen und Getränken. Sie waren so freundlich, jederzeit für uns erreichbar und am letzten Tag haben sie uns noch mit Rat und Tat (ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu bestellen) zur Seite gestanden. Wir können das Haus wirklich nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Wir finden eine Perle in Torre delle Stelle. Und wir kommen wieder! :)

Mooie plek met prachtig uitzicht
Wij verbleven 10 dagen met 2 gezinnen (9 personen) in de woning en hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in Sardinië. De woning is netjes, goed schoon, voorzien van 5 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers en een (kleine) keuken. Heel mooi zijn de terrassen om het huis met zeezicht. De ontvangst was echt geweldig!! Wijn en lekkere zoetigheden. De gastheer geeft goede service. Er is geen wifi.
