We booked an apartment with two rooms on hotel.com, and when we arrived they gave us two tiny rooms, and when we told the guy in reception that, he tried to blame hotel.com, He could no English but my daughter speaks Spanish and tried to help, but when we protested he just started to speak Spanish faster, and no manager was available. When we got into the rooms where both safes out of order, they told us to use key instead of code...., in one room that was to small to handle the baggage where also the window blind out of order, it was impossible to look out, and after some pressure a mounting guy arrived and looked at the problem and said he will fixe it tomorrow..... Then we where really pissed of. The day after we discussed the problem with a new guy in reception who gave us an apartment, and after some pressure they gave us an dinner for the family at an local restaurant. The first person we met should not work in an reception.
