"The property was amazing! Super clean inside and the outside was awesome with the stream running through the backyard. We especially loved the wild turkey in the area that would occasionally wander through the yard."

"The original property had an unforeseen issues occur just before check in. The host was able to upgrade us to a different property and made sure we had everything we needed during our trip. I would use them again without hesitation. "

"The 2 of us were looking for a place to unwind and this was perfect. Easy access but secluded from the world. The cabin is a very nice well maintained and simple. The diversion we needed from our busy complex lives. We are looking forward to going back."

"We love this place so much, this was our second time. Such a perfect space that feels like home. So well taken care of with plenty of cooking, cleaning, bathroom supplies, towels, ect. Staying here in this cozy cabin in the fall was the best decision! Cozy up inside, streamside, hot tub side, whatever you prefer! Driving through the Uintah Forest was also a plus with it being so close to this perfect cabin.Thanks again!"

"We came from Oklahoma for a BYU football game and made a weekend of it. This spot was 15 minutes from lots of great food options. And we found many fantastic hiking trails. The best we did was by Big Springs Park - the 4 mile loop was beautiful!"

"Amazing cabin right over the stream. Hot tub and fire table were wonderful. The tree colors were bright and brilliant! Overall an amazing week in this beautiful cabin and all around Sundance. "

Will be staying here again next time!

"Stayed here 2 nights for a conference in town. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, I was able to bring my cat. Only downside is the tvs are small and very few channels. I love the price! I was thought it would be lower quality because of how good the price is but it’s not! I will definitely stay here again!"

"All was nice. Appreciated the handicap room, but found the lack of a bathtub very unsafe. All the water runs out to a drain in the middle of the room plus also runs out into the hallway. Makes it very slippery and unsafe. Then you have to mop up all the water with towels. Better off to have a small 2 " lip instead. Have never seen this before. "
