During check-in, I was told to sign a "pet" policy for the service animal that my veteran fiancé has, which was strange, but I was too tired to correct them. Also, only one of the two elevators connecting to the parking lot were working. At least all the elevators that connect the hotel rooms to the lobby/ground level worked fine."
