Escape from it all at Brookhaven Resort on the beautiful sapphire-blue Big Glen Lake! One of five cottages with shared access to 150' of water frontage, tennis court, basketball court, and row boats. Gather around the shared fire pit for s'mores and sunsets overlooking Alligator Hill in the Sleeping Bear Dunes area. The cabin is 1 level, faces West, at the end of a quiet street, and sleeps 4. It Can be reserved for weeks only during the summer season.

There is one queen, one Full, and two twins. The full kitchen (no dishwasher) has a charcoal grill and a picnic table. There is also WIFI. There is no TV or phone, so there are no worries at this peaceful location, only minutes from the village of Glen Arbor.

Quick drives to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, shopping, dining, kayaking, hiking, and more. Big Glen Lake is great for kids. Crystal clean water and no severe drop-offs. Boating, fishing, and swimming--enjoy them all!

Linens provided. No air conditioning. Sorry, no pets.

This cabin was just enough for our needs. We enjoyed the proximity to the town of Glen Arbor and loved the evenings on Glen Lake. It was wonderful to have unrestricted access to the lake with use of kayaks/paddle boards at our disposal. There were times that the lake was unexpectedly choppy and we were unable to go out (being amateurs). However, there were just enough amenities and toiletries provided for us to make coffee, cook breakfast and occasionally have dinner. The town of Glen Arbor also had an amazing farmers market that we probably should have made use of before going to the very expensive grocer in town. Overall the place was clean and we would definitely visit again

This was Saturday, July 3rd. We called Visit Up North and the woman we spoke with kindly found us a place to stay starting Monday, July 5th. If it weren't for Visit Up North and its delightful and helpful employees, we wouldn't have had a vacation at all. Thank you!

The grounds were accommodating for our young family as we enjoyed fishing as well as playing pickleball. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed as we ate in each night. As a family we enjoyed being so close to downtown Glen Arbor and being on the Glen Lake at the same time. We also enjoyed the Sand Dunes and many hikes in the area. The only downside of our vacation unfortunately was the "swimmer's itch". Our kids got it so bad after the first day it was pretty unbearable for the next 3-4 nights sleeping and even continued as we got home. I think we ended up purchasing all the hydrocortisone cream that the IGA had available in downtown Glen Arbor. As it was no ones fault, it was just unfortunate situation as we didn't use the water after that first day. I would encourage other renters especially those with little kids to make sure to try and use all precaution before swimming in the Lake. I know as we grow older my kids will always remember this trip as the year we got swimmers itch. My kids have gotten it before but for some reason this year it was extremely intense. Lastly, the facility is great and it was so welcoming from the other renters as well. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at Brookhaven 3.

The cabin was cozy, heated up pretty quickly, and fit the description perfectly. The amenities were great and we only wish the rain went away earlier so that we could enjoy the canoes & kayaks. Proximity to the dunes is great and the town itself was charming with some nice little dining locations. Also not terribly far from Traverse City. The staff was super polite and accommodating and we will definitely be back!

Nice location at night for star gazing and we got to see the comet neowise and meteor shower. Short drive to empire and pierce stocking drive on national lake shore. Cabins are cozy and have 2 rooms with grill , gas stove and fan in every room. We had a great time visiting all the beautiful sites in the area. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend staying there and would stay there again.
