"I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going on a Mediterranean cruise. The staff is awesome and very helpful. They also have a shuttle to the cruise terminal and the Rome airport. The hotel is clean and nice and the rooms are quite big for Europe. The bed is comfortable and there is a balcony. Breakfast comes with the room also."

"After dealing with massive crowds in Rome due to the Jubilee Year & the Pope's funeral on the day of our arrival, the busy ports on our 8-day cruise and our disembarkation and overnight stay in Venice, we flew back to Rome. We wanted somewhere quiet for our last night before our 9-hour flight home. We arrived at the Hotel Miraggio, a beautiful hotel & beach resort that was just a few weeks from being in season. We were so happy to have peace & quiet. Our check in with Monique was smooth and the room was lovely. We had lunch & cocktails at the Miraggio Beach club and then walked the beach. We returned to the hotel and enjoyed relaxing on the chaise lounges in the rear of the property and the outdoor terrace attached to our room was perfect! We asked for dinner recommendations from Letto (sp?) and we walked to the BBQ di Angy for a nice dinner and Gelato. We walked back to the hotel and had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was fabulous, and check-out was a breeze! I would highly recommend this hotel out of season if you are looking for peace & quiet!"
