Bartlett's Beach House is a charming oceanfront home that has stunning ocean views with a Tesla EV charger. You can relax the day away in the living area that offers spectacular views of the ocean from comfortable couches, a door that leads directly to the beach, and a flatscreen TV with DVD and WiFi. If you decide to venture out, the beach is just steps away and the walk to town is an easy eight blocks away.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a butcher-block island, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and enclosed laundry. Wake up in the main bedroom and gaze out the sliding glass door at the waves crashing on the beach, the occasional deer, and an array of sea and land-based birds (hummingbirds, songbirds, raptors, seagulls). You also have a half bath and a deck overlooking the ocean and headlands when you step through the sliding glass door. The second bedroom has a window that faces a private fenced yard. South-facing clearstory windows in both bedrooms ensure maximum natural light.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
