"A eeek in the nature"

"We picked the villa primarily because of it’s location- we like to be in the country slightly but within easy reach of visits to towns/ harbours and beaches etc. The villa was perfect for this- you’ll obviously need a car but it was an easy 30-40 minutes drive to the coastal towns of Pore, Rovinj and Pula. There is a little cafe/ bar and shop 2 mins drive away and big shops and facilities 5 mins away. So it was perfectly located for exploring the beautiful Istrian peninsula. A highlight for us...

" Our family party of 8 adults and 5 children had the most wonderful stay at Villa Petra. It easily accommodated us, providing plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. Good size bathrooms and lots of toilets!! The kitchen was well equipped and had basic pantry items I.e. cling film, seasoning and oil. The outside area which includes a large pool with easy access via steps for the younger children was in constant use. An evening swim with the pool lights on...

"Property was very clean on arrival. Exactly as you see it on pictures. Pool was clean and ready to use. Our 5 year old really loved it. Very quite area very close to main road. Klemen is very professional and helpful host. You can tell he cares about his guests . Highly recommend."

She lives next door so is on hand for any issues that arise. She doesn’t speak much English but we got by using hand gestures and Google Translate. "After initial inconsistencies during reservation (pictures from wrong villa, wrong address in contract) were sorted out with agency, we spend a great time at villa Roko. The check-in and check-out were uncomplicated. The kitchen was well-equiped and Tatjana (the local contact) was very friedly and helpful in providing us with additional utilities we requested. "The property was as described, we had a good stay as two families, there is quite a lot to do in the area. The roads near by could get congested, hopefully this will be less so when Croatia joins Schengen. The restaurant at the junction of the main road, within easy walking distance is great, defiantly recommended.
