"ALLAMBIE" - Indigenous meaning - PEACEFUL PLACE

SPECIFICALLY BUILT AND SET UP TO COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATE 2 FAMILIES (4 ADULTS AND 6 CHILDREN) OR ANY COMBINATION OF ADULTS/CHILDREN UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE

* 4 Bedrooms
- Main Bedroom has 1 x Queen size bed with large sliding door to rear decking
- Bed 2 has 1 x Queen size bed
- Bed 3 has 1 x Double bed and 2 x Single bunk beds
- Bed4 has 1 x Double bed and 1 Single top and 1 single bottom bunk bed combination. All beds are supplied with mattress protectors, covered pillows with pillow protector and covered doonas.

If you decide not to bring your own sheets you can hire quality top flat and bottom fitted sheet sets for $15 each set for single beds and $20 each set for Queen and Double beds .
Quality bath towels are also available for hire at $7 each.

* 2 Bathrooms - 1st Bathroom has bath/shower, vanity and toilet
- 2nd Bathroom has shower, vanity and separate toilet

* Fully equipped new kitchen, with Stainless Steel Oven & Cooktop, new dishwasher and new 610Ltr side by side fridge freezer. With ample storage in corner pantry. Complete table settings for 10. All that you need to supply is FOOD!

* Stainless Steel BBQ on front covered deck with large table and seating for 10... cook and eat outdoors whilst enjoying breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the Ocean, Beach, Island, Mountain views and Lighthouse at night. Perfect outdoor entertaining area.

* Large rear covered deck entertaining area with table and 10 chairs

* Fully equipped laundry with 7.5kg front loading washing machine and large clothes drier for use.

* Close walking distance to beautiful beaches great for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving or fishing, both North and South. Perfect diving location around Green Island. Short 2min drive to Lake Berringer for water-skiing. Abundance of great bush walks. Boat ramp is only 3mins drive to Bendalong to launch your boat for outside fishing. Local convenience servicing at Bendalong for all needs including food, fuel, bait and alcohol (and not necessarily in that order).

* Only 40mins South of Nowra or 2.5hrs South of Sydney.

* Only 20mins drive South to historical Milton (Great on Sunday Market day) and 10mins drive further to Ulladulla.

*Only 1hr to Batemans Bay by car.

* Plenty of parking, even room for a boat or 2.

* Quiet location safe for children. Tennis Court hire (through Cunjurong Point store. Local park, soccer field, skate park and playground close by.

Nice and quite place to relax
It was a pleasant stay for two nights for us. The property is very close to the beach and with a nice view. The host, Matt, was always prompt to respond and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this place.

This is an excellent holiday house, well set up for you to just turn up and enjoy. Everything works, nothing missing. Great views of the ocean, short walk to several beaches. Even in winter, a great spot.

Tidy property, plenty of room & good facilities. Matt was fantastic in all communications & options given for check-in/check-out. BBQ was large & clean. Handy to have a dryet on a wet weekend. great position looking down the coast, a sunny weekend would have been magic. Would stay there again.

Spectacular location
We loved our stay at Allambie Beach House. The house was spacious, clean, well-equipped and the view over to Green Island was breathtaking. Manyana is such a quiet and beautiful coastal town...very relaxing. Matt communicated well and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Allambie Beach House.

Well set up with plenty of space
This house is very well set up with everything you can require for a holiday - the house is immaculately clean and very well equipped especially the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the verandah ideal for watching the waves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the access to a number of beaches is ideal. It's suitable for a large family with or a couple of families or friends.

Allambie Surf Weekend
We had a great weekend at Allambie. This is our second stay and we'll keep coming back. Great view, central location to numerous beaches with easy walk to both sides and a really well-equipped house for a family holiday or surfing weekend with the boys. Perfect.

Perfect for our needs
Great holiday home that comfortably accommodated our family of eight. Well provisioned and great location close to beaches with wonderful ocean views. The cleaner found my daughters credit card after we left and Matt went to great effort (at own expense) to make sure it was safely returned. Highly recommended!

Birthday weekend
We had a wonderful birthday weekend with our family. The house was good with a lovely wide covered deck that allowed us to sit outside for meals with that beautiful view even when it was raining. The house was clean and tidy and the kitchen well stocked with equipment. The beach was only a few minutes walk away with several others only a short drive away.
