"The property had not been cleaned before my arrival. The fridge, the bathroom, the floors, everything was filthy. They hadn’t even swept the floors! There was a dead roach in the living room and a lot of stuff and dust under the beds. The matress in the main bedroom was gross. The light fixture in the kitchen was missing a lightbulb and it was very dark in there. The light fixtures in the hall and the second bedroom stopped working. The water heater was leaking water, flooding the laundry room....

"We were unable to contact the property manager. We could not get to the property and the listed contacts never returned messages through the app and phone never returned call. Had to scramble when we arrived in Argentina for accommodations when we landed last minute. VRBO unable to contact property as well. Overall very poor experience with property. VRBO WAS VERY responsive and waiting for refund from them now."
