"Staff is extremely professional, polite, helpful, and compassionate. I stayed 4 nights/5 days and saw that the staff is very consistent. The hotel is focused on the needs of this visiting the Mayo Clinic, and I felt it was perfect. It is a 2 block walk to the clinic, and they have a shuttle bus that is very frequent that goes there for those who prefer not to walk. The rooms are very comfortable. Beds, linens, and PILLOWS are very good. The kitchenette is a godsend for someone staying 5 days, though I wish hotels with kitchenettes would have a regular coffee maker instead of the single serve little ones. The included breakfast was excellent and, as fitting a hotel focused on a medical center, provides a broad variety that includes gluten free and dairy free options. The lobby has several sitting areas that are really comfortable, cozy, and private so you are not stuck in your room. I also utilized the business area for the computer to get some things done. I stayed at this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation and was extremely happy with it. It made an otherwise “heavy” trip so much more bearable to have such a cheerful and comfortable place to stay. "

"Great value for the price. Very good breakfast, comfortable bed, easy to get to and close enough to civic center and St Mary's hospital. The hot tub & pool were great "
