Welcome to Lake Vineyard Escape, your perfect getaway retreat in Manson! This charming home offers a cozy and comfortable space for up to 8 guests, making it ideal for family vacations and gatherings with friends. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Manson, you will be provided easy access to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer.

Step inside and be greeted by an inviting atmosphere, with an open layout and stunning views of the lake and vineyards from the main floor. The main living area is upstairs and offers plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment, with a cozy electric fireplace and comfortable seating. The patio provides the perfect spot for outdoor lounging and dining, with a hot tub where you can unwind and soak under the stars.

For guests bringing their furry friends along, the large grass yard is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure space for your dogs to play. Inside, the home is well-equipped and well-stocked for all your lake getaway needs, with modern amenities and cozy furnishings to ensure a comfortable stay.

-PLEASE NOTE: the home does not have central AC. There is a wall unit installed on the main floor, ceiling fans in each bedroom and the downstairs/basement stays relatively cool. The owners have plans to install mini splits in the bedrooms on the main floor later in 2024.


CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR LAKE VINEYARD ESCAPE:
1. Max Occupancy: 8 guests
2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans

VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

PETS ALLOWED:
We allow a max of 2 dogs only for a $200 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.


CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have one outdoor camera overlooking the driveway/parking area and where the trash cans sit. This camera monitors weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.


PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
Parking is permitted for 4 vehicles. Unfortunately, there is no room for trailers (RVs, boats, jet skis, etc) and blocking the shared driveway, neighbor’s home and access to the trash bins is not allowed. If you plan to bring a trailer, please contact us for additional details for where to park. The nearest boat launch is Mill Bay Park. Please contact your host for more information.


HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.


VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).


GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

Overall we had a lovely stay here. We hoped to have an early check in if available as we were arriving on a hot day with dogs, but we were told the cleaners just finished up right before check in time. When we got into the house, we found countless earwig bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms. Clearly the cleaners were not just there. Other than that, the house was as described and the stay was fine. Good location just up the street from a market in Manson.

Great stay in Chelan!
This place was perfect for our group. The large, well-kept, and fenced-in yard was ideal for the dogs. It's a short walk down to the restaurants, bars, and wineries in Manson and a short drive to the main town of Chelan.

We had a wonderful time in this home! The weather was cold and rainy but we enjoyed the amazing view and the foosball and ping pong table. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay. The house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Very clean. Yard is well taken care of and big enough to play games. Loved visiting all the winery's. Waking up to see the Lake is awfully nice. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful spot! We loved the home. It was so nicely decorated and maintained. There was also a lot of room for the whole group. The home is very close to multiple wineries as well. What a fun getaway- I hope to go back!

Perfect house for staying in or stepping out
The home was perfect. There was something for those who wanted to stay home for the view and all the amenities of the home (stocked kitchen, deck, hot tub, large yard, separate game room). For those of us wanting to go out, we were close to swimming, wineries, downtown Chelan and Manson, boating and water skiing. The home was extremely clean and modern, parking was easy. Being on a dead end street provided a quiet and relaxing environment. This has become our go to place to stay!

Family fun!
Our family and friends had a wonderful time at this home. We were excited to book something last minute and interact with such helpful hosts. They ensured we were well prepared for our arrival. The home was spacious enough for the 8 of us (2 families of 4) and the kids loved being downstairs taking full advantage of the games, ping pong table and foosball. We enjoyed a friendly competition with the adults as well. Home was well cleaned and provided everything we needed. Having the hosts provide ground coffee made it super easy for us the first morning when we realized no one brought their own. The best part for us was the outside patio area where we ate dinner each night, relaxed with coffee in the mornings, and enjoyed having the hot tub later in the evenings when the evening temps cooled down. The location was perfect for us and allowed for morning walks into downtown Manson as well. We 100% recommend this home and will absolutely come back!
