Boasting beautiful views of Lake Chelan and the Cascades, this modern getaway comes complete with a private hot tub and deluxe game room for endless at-home leisure. The home is located within a mile of Manson Bay Park and a variety of shops, restaurants, and winery tasting rooms along Wapato Way.

Clean design, tasteful decor, and strong natural lighting fill the home, with all-new fixtures and appliances furnished for ultimate modern convenience. A large deck offers a scenic perch to take in the view, with features including a gas grill, lounge seating, and an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals or sunset cocktails. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel smart appliances for family-style meal planning.

Enjoy casual downtime in the main living area or head down to the game room for some friendly fun and competition with your choice of billiards or Pac-Man and Galaga arcade games. There's also a sofa and TV lounge for family movie nights. A Ping-Pong table in the garage provides additional ways to play. A dedicated deck on the main-floor landing offers a quiet spot for remote work or school study.

Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Relaxing in Manson
This house is a perfect place to unwind and be together in Manson. Just down the road from. Blueberry Hills which has the best breakfast in Chelan period. House is modern, good hot tub, pool table and ping pong, and a couple of classic arcade games. Good cooking and eating area to unwind in the evenings and a great view from the deck looking at the lake and mountains. Do yourself a favor and book this if you find this available.

Manson Home
Our overall stay was great. There were arcade activities for kids to enjoy, and a big open floor plan that accommodated our two families with young kids. It’s close to parks and downtown Manson and Chelan. The home was clean and well maintained. We did reach out because the propane was low on the grill and fire pit, but the issue wasn’t resolved, thankfully there was just enough to cook our dinners. Other than those little setbacks it’s a beautiful home, and a great view, and we would stay there again.

Clean and spacious with great deck!
House was very clean upon arrival and had all of the amenities (fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, hot tub, games). We enjoyed the big front deck with lake views and the spacious kitchen for hanging out. House was minutes away from downtown Manson and lots of cute coffee shops, breweries, and wineries. Stayed here for a wedding and there was more than enough space for 3 couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and a place to park our cars. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient for Manson visit
This house is located very close to downtown Manson making it a quick drive down the hill to get to town. The road behind is a bit busy and cars could be heard in the mornings. If you like main floor living, this place is not for you. You go up 21 stairs to the main floor (kitchen, living room, main bedroom). The view upstairs is beautiful with a nice outdoor patio area. The games downstairs were perfect entertainment for the kids while the adults enjoyed the upstairs. I was happy to have a place that welcomed dogs, but found the walk from upstairs to downstairs early in the morning a bit much when so sleepy!! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with an even better view!
Beautiful home! Pool table, ping pong table, gorgeous view, beautiful kitchen, layout is great for entertaining, great deck, great location. We loved it! Please pay attention to 6 guests max throughout whole stay. The property management was flexible with our request to have my niece and her family hang out at the house. One major concern was that there was a local fire. One of the guest received a level 3 evacuation but no one else did. Fire was visible on the mountain above town. We called asking for understanding 1) if this was a level 3 2) how would we hear from someone. It was alarming that we didn’t hear from them until the next day via text. We paid close attention to the locals response as we thankfully haven’t been through this before. I fought my internal momma bear instincts to leave - and I’m glad we stayed. The hard working fire department on ground and air were able to get it under control and put it out. Just wish we had heard from the property manager sooner.

Nice house- not managed well
House is nice and was clean on the inside. Great for families and friend groups. Nice view of lake- views on both sides of house are junky neighbors. No lawn. Also, if you have any issues there isn’t anyone local that will help. We had issues with a few broken items; and when we got there the furniture on the deck was all knocked over including the BBQ so we had a mess to clean up. The 2 extra propane tanks were empty so we didn’t use the BBQ as we originally planned. The 2 glass patio tables were filthy. I also notified them about an ear wig infestation inside (mainly downstairs,) and the property management company just kept saying they would let the “local team” know and they would reach out, they never did.

Beautiful House But lot of issues
We booked the house for a very expensive price to celebrate 4th of july with family. The house was beautiful with beautiful views but as soon as we reached there was pile of trash near the garage and it stinked a lot due to extreme heat. I immediately let the owners know but no action was take for 3 days that we stayed. We could not use the hottub or swing near it because of the terrible smell. Next the house didn't have hot water and the instructions given were very vague and difficult to follow. There were small flying roaches/insects/bugs in the entire house. The heat in the house was automatically turned on for some reason and you cannot manually turn down the temperature below 68 degree even when it was super duper hot outside. Inspite of complaining multiple times noone took any actions to resolve it which was frustrating. Apart from that the layout of house is very spacious and perfect for a large family. Amazing deck to sit and enjoy sunsets. The manson park fireworks were visible right from the patio which was perfect. You can see lake chelan from deck and has grill and propane fire place. If the major issues like cleanliness, hot water and bugs control is taken care of it was the best place to live in lake chelan.

Great vacation house!
We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was very modern and open. The downstairs had lots of activities for our teens - pool table, ping pong table, hot tube and a large screen TV. Upstairs had a beautiful kitchen that was fully stocked with kitchen equipment. The deck had a gorgeous view of the lake. The location is close to many great restaurants and parks. Would definitely stay there again!

Bachelorette weekend
We had so much fun at the property. Our own wish was that the hot tub was perhaps a touch bigger. It was a tight fit for even 4. The location of the property was great, walking distance really into town and we had so much fun at Buddy's. The grill and kitchen were fantastic as well. Would definitely stay here again.
