"We were visiting our son who had just moved near the hotel in Spain. It was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been in. The history and architecture were striking. The restaurant was delicious and kind to hungry Americans. It’s easily walkable to all Burgos de Osma has to offer including the Main Street and castle. The springs under the hotel were a treat! "Actually turned out to be more than adequate stay. Booked late at night and knew of NH reputation for good properties. They obviously have done a lot of work to upgrade this property and would stay again. Located in the middle of town. "

"Great location for the tapas area, room was great and comfortable and staff at reception very helpful/friendly. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with items running short several times, more staff would help here. Plus a second coffee machine would be sensible. Parking was ok but we had many problems with accessing it with the card issued."

"Absolutely beautiful building. We enjoyed the ambience and swing-jazz music playing softly in the glass-ceilinged courtyard. We appreciated having two armchairs and a coffee table. It is a shame that the housekeeping team were unable to remove or mask the unpleasant smell in our room. It seemed to come from the basin in the bathroom but permeated into the bedroom. "
