"Enjoyed our stay, clean spacious beach house, with plenty of rooms, bed layout options. Various activities, from playing pool, foosball, 2 kayaks, or just enjoying an outdoor fire roasting marshmallows. Perfect place to get away with the family. We will definitely be back at some point in time. "

"A cottage well equipped to make meals, enjoy sunsets in porch without worry of mosquitos, equipment for folks who enjoy water sports. However, no TV coverage, only WIFI so evenings , if not folks who enjoy doing games, watching DVDs, evenings can be boring. Toilet usage can be a bit troublesome if a large group as takes time for removal of wastes via toilet. Overall, for us, it met our needs. "

"The Little Riverside was exceptionally clean, and well a appointed and the kitchen included anything you may need. Beds were very comfortable as well. Access was easy and the location is quiet with very little traffic. The two different outdoor seating areas were lovely, and enjoyed every day. Mike met us on arrival, and gave us the details, and has a great sense of humour! Everyone was friendly and the hosts responded very quickly when information was needed."

"We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. My friends and I will be talking about this weekend for a long time and I credit this to how exceptional Martin's place is. Thank you!"

"While there were many good points about the property there were also some disappointments. This is a pricy rental but some amenities were lacking such as the outdoor furniture. The old well used metal chairs/ love seat have seen better days. There was only one moveable chair to be able to sit on the dock. Many window screens had holes or were poorly patched. Family home atmosphere -big enough to escape the crowd & cozy enough for family entertainment.
