"Room was clean tidy and very comfortable. Only problem there was air conditioning unit right outside our window to the right of the room . This was continuously going off and on all night . Kept me awake all night . Disappointed if I’m honest but everything was lovely . "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. We visited Stonehenge and wanted to also see Winchester cathedral, which was a 10min walk away. Parking was plentiful, yet £7.20 a night. Cheaper than most hotel car parks these days. Great service from all the staff. Check in, spa, the bar and housekeeping. Room was clean, modern and the bed very comfortable. The spa was just what you needed to relax after a day sight seeing. Great amenities and would stay again."

"Friendly polite and helpful staff made our stay special. The hotel is a pleasant 25 minute walk to the city centre. The small spa allowed for relaxing after walking around Bath for the day. Sunday Lunch was a lovely start to our two night break."

"A really beautiful property with well designed and decorated rooms. Staff were always willing to help, food and cocktails in the bar were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the onsite spa too. Parking is limited on site so its a little bit of a logistical challenge with two kids to use the public car park but its reasonably priced and not far away."

"I was very pleased with the roomI had booked. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A tiny drawback was limited hot water from the wash basin. However the building is an old one and there was a notice advising if the hotel was busy I may have to wait a short time for hot water so I did not mind this. A shower next morning was great. Breakfast was good too. The gentleman on Reception was excellent, informative and extremely hee Royal when I return to Bath in the future. Thank you."

"We loved our 2 night stay here, the restaurant was great (unfortunately couldn’t get a booking at Yu Pan Asian) and we loved that the outdoor pool was heated for swimming in winter. The spa facilities do get extremely busy and noisy on Saturday but Friday evening and Sunday it was really pleasant to use. Our massage treatments were amazing, very relaxing. We stayed in a Heritage double room, very comfortable and with lovely personal touches to the room. Could use a few hooks by door for big...
