"Went down for breakfast at 10:19 a.m and asked to have breakfast. Breakfast closes at 10:30. The lady said breakfast was finished and I said at 10:30. The manager MulakI said we didn't pay for breakfast. I explained because of our trains we arrived after 10 p.m. the night before and the gentleman had to give us the code to the building and our room over the phone. Great hotel in Mannheim near the "Wasserturm"

"From start to finish the stay was very enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, large room (330) with all mod cons. Great breakfast and dinner service. Fast Wi-Fi. Nice area. Comfortable bed. Very fair price. 2 tiny niggles, both reported to the staff - bathroom was poorly lit and the shower 'screen' was far too small to prevent water splashing everywhere."
